Celebrating CNY is like fighting in a war

Tiring, is the word to describe this year's CNY. Since the eve of new year, I've been pretty busy.
!st day of new year is the peak period, and luckily after that things start to cool down.

Celebrating CNY, is like going thru a war. Every morning, you wake up, load ur machine gun and grenades (prepare ur kam), report in to ur superior (parents), march into the tank (car). Then conquer every territories ( relatives house) you encounter. Remember to generously throw ur grenades (kam) to ur enemy, and prepare to receive some counter attack from the enemies. After conquering a territories, you salvage whatever is left behind (food cookies drinks etc) and take some ransom (angpau) from them.

Then you just continue the whole waring process over and over till
1. u are too tired
2. u've conquered all known territories
3. CNY is over

Seck Houng: "PEACE!"

Chinese New Year

Yes Chinese New is around the corner! It is just 1 week away!
So during this festive session, don't forget to seize this opportunity to send ur greeting & regards to all your relatives, and friends!

Of course, besides those e-CNY cards, and sms wishes, sending traditional CNY cards can be a good option too

Here are some reasons why you should send CNY cards to friends and family
1. because it is more 'real' compared to the e-cards n sms, because you can at least feel the card!
2. you can make those relatives/ long lost frens remember about ur existence!
3. Furthermore, once people receive your beautiful card, they can paste it on they walls as decoration! See you help them to make their house a better looking place!
4. Do you really need more reasons on why to send CNy cards? It Chinese new year! So just send, spread the happiness!

Of course those "reasons" listed above are not really reasons, they were more like "excuses" you use to cover your "real" motif of sending CNY greeting cards.

The only reason why you should send CNY greeting cards to ur friends and relatives is
So that they feel grateful among receiving your, and in the future IF, IF you really need $$, you can always go back to ur friends and relatives!

So dear all, if you so happen to receive CNY greeting cards from ME, you know why you got it!

Happy Moo moo New year!!

Donation

Some might think that I'm Kiam Siap ( selfish), well to tell you the truth, sometimes I feel the same way too.

Every time, I go shopping the first thing I look at is the price tag, then only I'll take a good look a shirt (for example), next I'll compare, compare n compare before I decide to buy. After making the decision i'll re consider it, re-re-consider and re-re-re-consider it.

Sometimes, when everyone chip in Rm5 to buy a friend a birthday present, i'll think: " Wha 5 ringgit wor very expensive leh". Dang, I didn't even buy any birthday present for some of my closest friends!!

However, don't judge a book by its cover. Although I might seems to be Kiam Siap, but deep down in me, following through every single artillery, veins and even capillaries, flows red blood cells or the TYPE O -- the most generous blood donor!

So don't you people say I'm Kiam Siap and didn't treat you for a meal!

Ok so I donate 300 ml for my blood on Monday, it was quite fun actually, and I didn't feel anything while the blood flows out.

There is something missing here in the blog- what happened since KK trip till now.

After KK trip, my uncle and aunty from Singapore came to visit us. It was quite a sudden visit from them!

On 30, after sending them to the airport, we traveled down south to PJ. My whole family was staying in my aunt;s house, except for me. I went camping in Yee En house. He is leaving for US soon, raelly really soon, it's tomorrow! So got to spend some quality time with him right?

31 Dec. Went for dinner in the Ship, then countdown poker till 4 am. very tiring, it just like working thru the wee hours during camps. ** I didn't gamble, I was the dealer. Well so thats how I celebrated and welcomed year 2009!

1 Jan. Went to Yee En's family dinner. then clubbing nah too expensive

2 Jan. Went for a movie +dinner/supper with Yee En, Alwin, Hui Xian and Li Ching. and not forgetting CAELY
Bed time story was fully booked, so we watched a 2hr 45min movie- Australia. It was supposed to be a romantic, Australia 's "gone with the wind" but I think is more like an adventurous movie OR you can say Seck Houng doesn't knows how to appreciate romantic movie. How ever, this movie is worth watching. Why? Do some math, Rm7/165min, and this movie only cost 0.0424242424 riggit/minute!

3 Jan. Cousin Sister's Son got married. Westin Hotel, KL- the most luxurious wedding dinner I've ever been so far. food, ambiance, lighting, MC, all gets A++

5 Jan. resume regular life.
