April Haircuts, Block Parties & Birthdays!
You know when you think your child finally understands something (like using scissors on hair) and then you wake up to this?

Conference with Thomas
This April conference I had the opportunity to take this young man to General Conference. One of the benefits to having older brothers is they tell their younger siblings all about what they are going to do and how mom is a different person on this trip. This would also be Thomas' first airplane ride.
Here we are at the airport:

March Family Madness!
March is a really busy month for our family. It starts with our anniversary. We throw in a lot of family birthdays, Spring Break and end with my birthday. It makes for a full month! Here are some of our highlights:
John and I celebrated 19 years this year. We were able to visit the Phoenix temple and do some sealings. The highlight was being able to sit in the celestial room for a long time and just talk.

January & February 2015
I started a new herbal protocol on January 3rd. It has been not the greatest of months for me. However, I did want to blog while I still remember most of it.
Rebecca is a REALLY smart little girl. We were at Costco, and she said, "MOM! Look at these steps!" She then ran over to the toilet paper and noticed that they looked just like...steps. I had to draw the line at climbing them however.

Thomas' Baptism Day 1/3/15
Thomas was very excited to get baptized. He had his interview with the Bishop just after his birthday. He barely slept the night before! Then...he woke up and said he did not feel well. Within 30 minutes, he had an excruciating earache. Aunt Kathryn was here and helped to comfort him.

December: Weekend getaway, Christmas & Fun!
So one night Thomas was up late. The next morning, he woke up and his hair did not look right. Apparently he thought it was getting too long, so he cut it.

November Blessings!
November was full of scout campouts, family reunions, Battle of the Books, reports and lots of fun! Not to mention Thanksgiving. Here is how our November went:
Taylor completed his first competition for Battle of the Books. John was able to make it since I was unable to.

Last 3 Weeks of September Minus Eagle Project
So I know I am way behind with blogging. I need to break this up a little though. We have been busy with Jonathan's Eagle Project, Fall Break, State Fair and school. Add on top of that work, every day life and not feeling well and that is pretty much our life.
Rebecca had a hard couple weeks with mommy separation and pre-school. I think it was harder on mommy though than her. She is doing better now, but she still asks if I can go to pre-school with her.

Scouts, Pre-School & Colds...
It is hard to believe so much time has gone by. Our family was hit hard by a cold and put John and I in bed for a week! I don't recommend that. Our kids were great though. This post will be mostly pictures:

Back in the Swing of Things...
With the boys back in school, we are back to a routine which is nice. That also leaves lots of time with this adorable little girl!

First Day of School Pictures!
Wednesday was the 1st day of school for the boys. I also have Rebecca in Pre-School this year, but that will not start until September.

End of the Summer!
It is already August and school starts on Wednesday for my boys. We have been really busy around here.
Here is a quick update. One Sunday, my parents were going to make breadsticks for dinner. My dad put the frozen bread dough into the fridge overnight and when they pulled it out after church to make them, it had expanded just a little...
They were the best breadsticks my kids had they said. :-)

Swim Party
I don't know how I missed the swim party we went to, but somehow I did. Last weekend we went to a local pool to celebrate John's Aunt Nansi's birthday! Our kids had a lot of fun too. Here are pictures from the night:

Happy Summer, Swimming, 4th of July and Fun!
Sorry it has been a while since I last did a post. I have not been feeling well, so this takes a back seat unfortunately. I am grateful that I have pictures to help me remember what has happened.
So Rebecca loves to put glasses on. She thinks she is being funny when she does it. We got Jonathan some new glasses for school and she tried on every pink pair of glasses that there were plus more!

Picture Catch Up Post
Yes, it has been a little while since I last did an update. Since it is summer, things are more laid back and repetitive, so not much going on. Here are some pictures for the month.
Rebecca's birthday. I caught her playing the piano and singing before church.

Summer Vacation - Day 6
Last day! We decided to spend today letting each child pick the ride they wanted to go on again. We also wanted to get another family picture:
Summer Vacation - Day 5
Welcome to Day 5. Today we went to Legoland! We told the boys last time we went to Disneyland that next time we came, we would take them to Legoland. Jonathan was already starting to wonder why we were going to a "kid" land, but Thomas and Taylor were excited to go.
Before we even made it into the park, we went to buy our tickets and someone asked us if we were buying tickets. I told her yes, and she said her daughter could not make it so she gave us their adult ticket that she was going to use. That was very kind of them.
We made it in and after traveling for almost 1 1/2 hours we were tired of sitting. We were ready to do a little sight seeing.
