Christmas morning was just as special this year as it has been in year's pasts.  With an 8 year old and two 5 year olds, we're starting to venture into some "big kid" toys.  They also took their time with each and really played with all their new stuff.  It was a wonderful morning spent at home and we loved every minute of it.  On the lists for Santa: Harper - a hover board; Gatlin - video game; Houston-pokemon cards.  I would say, Santa delivered!

One of my favorite traditions is celebrating Christmas is the Christmas Eve service at Brentwood Baptist Church.  We were able to spend time with Bossy and Paw Paw and then had dinner at Mazatlan after (for the 4th year in a row). We love the candles and really taking time to celebrate Jesus and his birth. 

Here is a random collection of photos from our Christmas Season.  Some highlights include Harper's class party, Grinch Day, Impact (church) choir and sign language for Harper, Primrose pajama party and sing-a-long, decorating the kids trees, events, and Santa fun!  We have had such a fun and busy Christmas season!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!  We sure do love Christmas around here.  It's a great time reflect on the past year, talk about he birth of our Lord and Savior, and see the magic of Christmas through our kids eyes.  Harper (6), Gatlin (3), and Houston (3) were so into the festivities!  We were so excited to also have Eli spend a month with us before moving to Canada.  It had been a year and half since had last seen her in person.  We had a wonderful Christmas and feel so blessed.
