Zoya Spring 2024 Bloom Collection Swatches and Reviews

 *press samples*

Happy 4th of July to my American readers! There's nothing like a nice Spring Collection to show during the summer. Oops, I'm a little late on this one. Good thing Zoya keeps their collections around, so you can still pick up any of these shades on their website. Right now they have a deal going on where you can buy any 10 polishes from this page for just $25 with code July24 through July 7, 2024. This 6-piece collection features 3 of their glitter shades and 3 of their rich creams. Shall we get a closer look?

Zoya Color of the Month May 2024: Paisley

 *press sample*

Zoya Paisley (2 coats)

Hi everyone! Tonight I've got the latest Zoya COTM, Paisley. This is available now for $12 through the Zoya website, and you can get free shipping and 25% off other items in your order with code PAISLEY.  The polish is a bright orchid purple creme that covers completely in just 2 easy coats. In the bottle, the polish looks a little streaky, but this didn't come out in the application at all. It does dry a bit satin because it's so bright, so you'll need a topcoat for a shiny finish. It's a super pretty color, and it's on my toes right now.

You can pick this up right now on the Zoya website (I just looked, and last month's shade Candy is still available as well). You can find out more about Zoya on their websiteFacebookTwitter, or Instagram pages. They often have sales, so check their social media pages periodically.

Zoya Color of the Month March 2024: Lucky

 *press sample*

New month, new Color of the Month polish from Zoya. When you think of March, you know it's all about St. Patrick's Day! Last Sunday people celebrated the day, but I'm guessing lots of people ended up actually celebrating on Saturday instead. I wanted to get this post out as soon as possible, because these limited edition polishes from Zoya are arouhttps://www.artofbeauty.com/content/item/Nail-Polish-Lucky-ZP3017.htmlnd for approximately a month. It may be April 1st, or it could be later in the month, but none of the other COTM shades are currently available, so there's that. This month we have Lucky, and it retails for $12 and you can get free shipping with code LUCKY.

Zoya Lucky (2 coats)

What a holiday-appropriate polish! Lucky is a glittery leafy green base with tons of gold and blue holographic glitters. It's extremely eye-catching, and full of bling. I expected to need 3 coats to fully cover the nail, but surprisingly it was opaque in just 2 coats. Oh, and the formula was just impeccable. I went ahead and used a glitter-smoothing topcoat followed by at QDTC for the photos, but you could probably get away with just a coat of topcoat for a mostly smooth finish. But like any glitter polish, this one will take some time to remove. Use a peel-off base coat, or soak it off with some cotton balls and nail clip covers to make it easier for yourself.

You can find out more about Zoya on their websiteFacebookTwitter, or Instagram pages. They often have sales, so check their social media pages periodically.

Zoya February 2024 Color of the Month: Love

*press sample*

New month, new Color of the Month polish from Zoya. February is all about love, and that goes for your nails. I wanted to get this post out as soon as possible, because these limited edition polishes from Zoya are around for approximately a month. It may be March 1st, or it could be later in the month, but none of the other COTM shades are currently available, so there's that. This month we have Love, and it retails for $12 and you can get free shipping with code LOVE24.

Zoya Love (2 coats)

We have a glitter polish that covers in 2 coats! Love is a red jelly base with loads of various sized hexagonal red glitter. It reminds me of Dorothy's Ruby Red Slippers, don't you think? The polish applies well, and has so much glitter so you don't have to dab it on (regular strokes is fine). It does dry with texture from all the glitter, so I recommend a glitter smoothing topcoat for that smooth finish. I'm actually a big fan of this one and I've been wearing it for the past 3 days. What do you think of this month's shade?

You can find out more about Zoya on their websiteFacebookTwitter, or Instagram pages. They often have sales, so check their social media pages periodically.

Zoya November 2023 Color of the Month: Amaris

 *press sample*

Zoya Amaris (2 coats)

Happy Thanksgiving to my American readers! I wanted to get this post out as soon as possible, because Zoya has these limited editions that are their Color of the Month shades and I'm unsure how long it will be available. It may be December 1st, or it could be later in the month, but none of the other COTM shades are currently available, so there's that. This month we have Amaris, and it retails for $12 and you can get free shipping with code CTM77.

Ok, on to the polish: Amaris is a teal-leaning blue jelly base with loads of holographic hexagonal glitters. I thought it could be a 3-coater since it's a jelly, but I needed just 2 thicker coats for full opacity. It does dry with texture from all the glitters, so I recommend a glitter-smoothing topcoat followed by a QDTC, or at least 2 coats of a regular topcoat. What do you think of this month's shade?

You can find out more about Zoya on their websiteFacebookTwitter, or Instagram pages. They often have sales, so check their social media pages periodically.

 *press samples*

Hello hello! I know, I'm insanely behind on my Zoya swatches, but I should be catching up in the near future. This 6-piece set features 5 creams and one shimmer/glitter shade. Shall we go and take a closer peek?

Zoya Naturel 5 Collection 2022 Swatches and Reviews

*press samples*

Hi everyone! How have things been in your world? Welp, it finally happened: my husband caught COVID after 2 and a half years. He started to feel ill on Saturday night, and he has to isolate until at least Friday. So far I've been able to ward it off *fingers crossed* and we've been living in separate parts of the house. Thankfully it has been fairly mild, but I know being completely isolated in 1 small room has been hard for him. Please keep him in your thoughts. On a brighter note, I have the 5-piece Naturel 5 collection from Zoya that tend to be more neutral or nude and are released during that "transitional" period between winter and spring.

This set features 5 creams - 4 brown/beige shades and a deep plummy purple. These, along with the 4 Naturel collections, are all available now on the Zoya website for $12 each. Make sure to sign up for Zoya's email list or follow them on social media for lots of sales they run. Shall we get to swatches?

I'm working on their annual Naturel collection right now and the Spring Abundance Collection should be in the mail next week. The Dazzle Collection was released for the Winter 2021 season, and features 5 jelly-like shimmer polishes and one lip gloss. Shall we get to swatches? These are available now and retail for $12 each.

Zoya Fall 2021 Nostalgic Collection Swatches and Reviews

 *press samples*

Hey everyone! Guess who's fashionably late on this post? I've also got the Zoya Winter collection ready to go, so this will be a very Zoya-heavy week. They just had a big sale earlier in the week, but their big Earth Day promotion will be around before you know it. The fall Nostalgic Collection is a 6-piece set of creams that are still available and retail for $12 each. Swatch time!

Zoya Rose Palette Collection Swatches and Reviews

 *press samples*

Hi everyone! Can you believe it's almost Christmas? Bad news, I was inadvertently exposed to Covid, so for extreme caution, I will be spending the holidays alone while my husband visits family. I am so bummed. I will spend my days resting and watching Netflix, I suppose. I'm vaccinated and boosted, so at least there's that. Please be safe out there with Omicron raging out there. Tonight I have a quick post featuring the fall-inspired Rose Palette from Zoya. This 5-piece collection contains creams across a variety of rose tones. These are available now for $12 each, but always check for a sale first.

Zoya Palmer (2 coats)

Palmer is the lightest shade, and is also the most pink. It's a medium dusty pink creme that dries a little darker on the nail than the bottle. I should mention that the whole collection only needed 2 coats for full opacity and they all applied easily.

Zoya Marcia (2 coats)

Up next is Marcia, which is what I usual think of when someone mentions rose. Zoya refers to it as a French rose, whatever that means. It also has that nice dusty feeling to it.

Zoya Maggie (2 coats)

Maggie for some reason looks completely different on the Zoya website compared to my swatches. It appears that other blogger's photos look like my photos, so I'm confident in what I'm showing. Zoya calls it a Persian red cream, but it looks more of a berry red with lots of purple undertones to my eye.

Zoya Rochelle (2 coats)

Rochelle is where we start to see more vampy inspirations. It's a deep burgundy cream that is almost a 1-coater. This is such a classic shade.

Zoya Suzie (2 coats)

Last, but not least we have Suzie which is a deep oxblood red cream that dries down a little more jell-like than the others. This can stain the skin on the sides of the nail, so be careful with your application.

There you have it, folks. I'd say my favorites are Suzie and Marcia, but these are all classic shades. Nothing over-the-top, but that sells to most consumers. Zoya polishes retail for $12 and you can find out more about them on their websiteFacebookTwitter, or Instagram pages. Keep an eye out for them in your local Ulta store if you want to see the bottles in person before you buy. They often have sales, so check their social media pages periodically.

Zoya Cosmic Trio 2021 Limited Edition Swatches and Reviews

 *press samples*

Hello hello! Zoya has their seasonal collections as well as a few others like the Naturel line that usually comes around once a year. They also do some limited edition shades, and the trio I have to share with you tonight just so happens to be limited. I'm not sure how long these will be available, so if you find any that catch your eye, please don't wait too long to pick them up. This Cosmic Trio contains "holographic shades that are inspired by the unique star clusters of outer space. These astral shades are created with a blend of metallic glitter, and holographic particles in 5 different sizes to give a dynamic effect creating a soft textured finish, but can be paired with Ultra Glossy Top Coat to create a smooth and shiny surface." These retail for $12 each, but if you purchase the set for $36, you get all 3 polishes, 3 of their Z-wide brushes, and their glossy topcoat as well. Swatch time!

Zoya Celestia (3 coats)

Shall we start with my favorite of the 3? Celestia is a silver that leans a bit taupe with blue/purple shifting shimmer and a scattered holographic finish. I just love that pop of shimmer that contrasts from the lighter base. These are a bit sheerer, but they are designed to be that way. I didn't try them as toppers, but a few other bloggers did, and they work great as long as you use really thin coats. They dry with a little texture, but not as much as I expected. I do recommend a thick topcoat to smooth it all out though.

Zoya Eradani (2 coats)

Eradani is a bit different than the other 2. The finish isn't quite the same (the pure holo finish like the others isn't there), but that doesn't mean it isn't beautiful all the same. Eradani is a magenta microglitter with indigo shimmer and a slight holo finish. This one was more opaque, but I found the formula to be a bit gummy, so work slowly.

Zoya Polaris (3 coats)

Last, but not least we have Polaris which is a rose gold microglitter with pink/purple shimmer and a scattered holo finish. I really wanted to love this one, but I just don't think it looks great with my skintone. It's not the polish's fault...I really think this will look beautiful on lots of other people. The formula was good in 3 coats.

There you have it, a short and sweet trio. This is why I love Zoya; most mainstream brands don't do holographic polishes, especially ones with contrasting shimmers. Remember, these can go away at any moment, so pick yours up while you can.

Zoya polishes retail for $12 and you can find out more about them on their websiteFacebookTwitter, or Instagram pages. Keep an eye out for them in your local Ulta store if you want to see the bottles in person before you buy. They often have sales, so check their social media pages periodically.
