Many times, we
foolishly greed for more happines.
So we tend to grasp our hand
tighter, for fear that once the handgrip is loose, the happiness we've in our hands might
slip away.But after losing that
simple happiness too many times. You'll then come to realise that, there're
absolutely no need for a
tight handgrip. We're all trying too hard, for a simple happiness that'll always revolve around us.
Try letting loose your handgrip, &u'll discover that this way, you get to
hold on onto
much more air(

So the understatement is: Don't try
