The Women Empowerment Cell at Amritsar Group of Colleges (AGC) is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for women students and staff. The cell works proactively to promote gender equality, enhance awareness of women’s rights, and encourage the overall development and empowerment of women within the campus. The Cell regularly organizes workshops, seminars, and awareness programs on issues such as self-defense, health and hygiene, leadership development, and career advancement. It also serves as a platform for addressing concerns related to safety, well-being, and dignity, ensuring that appropriate support and guidance are readily available. Through its continuous efforts, the Women Empowerment Cell at AGC aims to build confidence, nurture leadership qualities, and create a culture of respect and equality, enabling women to realize their full potential in academic as well as personal spheres.
