Good to check website. Easy to navigate. Signal much better at home but wifi calling great. Had reason to send a message and received good and prompt reply.

My wife uses EE and consistently has better network coverage than I was getting on the Three network. I found EE to be quite expensive, so I looked for a cheaper operator using the EE network and came across 1pMobile.
Setting up and activating the account was very straightforward, as was the essential transfer of my existing number to 1pMobile. So so-far so-good.
My only small disappointment is that 1pMobile doesn’t have an app, so you need to use passwords and two-factor identification to log into your online account to see what is going on. But this is not difficult, and you don’t need to do it very often.

So pleased that I've moved to 1p mobile from my previous network (Lebara). The signal is so much better and reliable. Plus the price makes it great value for money (£8 for 10GB).

Personally thought 1p mobile was OK.

Recently upgraded to an ESIM. When I tried to move it to a new phone, they want to charge me for a replacement ESIM.

There is no charge to the company to provide an eSIM. However they want to charge £2.50.

On most phone plans this can be done effortlessly and quickly and without charge. Not with 1p mobile.

Will just let this SIM expire after cancelling the auto topup and go elsewhere.

I run both my tablet and mobile on 1pMobile and frankly wouldn't contemplate using anyone else. Service is excellent and so are the tariffs. Highly recommended.

Very easy to transfer from EE whose prices were just getting more and more uncompetitive.Very pleased now with one penny, should have done it years ago.

Easy transfer from previous provider. I am not a ‘big’ user however due to ‘progress’ the loss of a copper landline means this service is essential. So far so good. It has revealed that a mobile uses data even when not being used & locked. No problem if you pay for loads of data.

Im really happy with the mobile phone deal i chose, wish i had done this a lot sooner, im now geting 3 times the Data for half the price i was paying my previous provider and the Best thing is im still on my favourite network EE 👍👍

Everything went as expected BUT the fact that 1pMobile is part of Utility Warehouse was not CLEARLY mentioned in any of the communications until after taking up their offer. So far the service seems OK.

Network coverage is great. Porting old number requires a further date though. Otherwise very good

Seems really good so far. I'm in impressed.
I've only been with them for a month now but no issues in that time.
