This behavior is split off from bug 1986948, and will handle splitview when part of a multiselection of tabs (which will drag the entire splitview container even if only one splitview tab is selected) and when dragging the splitview container to create bookmarks. Yulia would also like to have the splitview container rather than the individual tabs highlighted, when part of a multiselection drag/drop operation.

I suggest treating the split view as a single tab to achieve a consistent appearance (e.g., outline and box shadow) when both tabs inside are selected, or when the split view is dragged together with other tabs. This can provide a more consistent look when grouping and tab‑stacking.
