Steps to reproduce
- Create a Split View and create another window.
- Drag the Split View to another window.
Expected result
- The dragged view is focused as it happens for normal tabs
Actual result
- The previously selected tab in that window remains focused.
Regression range
- This happens after the implementation of drag and drop - bug 1986948.
