Missing package and it’s been a long time

The company has always produced what they said and kept me informed.

Service and customer service was so bad my bank reversed the funds back into my account. Ordered 3 months and nothing! Be careful

Was sceptical at first, because of the reviews, but I purchased a belt, about, and boots. The boots did not fit were very narrow, requested a refund, gave me store credit. After emailing them for my other orders they showed up when I least expected. So I ordered another belt and a wallet and have been waiting for it for a month still in preparing order, now I noticed that all the items on the website are "soldout", and the belt and wallet have been canceled last month and I'm just finding out about it and have to wait for a refund. Stay away from this Chinese company selling designer goods (fake), sor designer prices.

I placed an order for shoes 6 weeks ago. They provided me with an order tracker via an app they use called "Shop". After 6 weeks, my order is still showing as not even shipped. They do not list a customer service phone number anywhere, so I have sent them about 15 emails. I kept everything very kind and professional, yet they have not responded to even one of my inquiries. I will likely just ask for my money back but now I wonder if I would even get a return or if I'm being scammed at this point.

I just filed a complaint with BBB. I ordered shoes almost 2 months ago. I have never received my shoes. I was NEVER able to track my order. When I finally was able to track. It read Delivered!! I have cameras Everywhere. I see exactly who comes to my doors. A package was NEVER delivered. I have emailed customer service numerous times. They NEVER responded. Never once tried to share some insights on my package. Don't use them! I'm now out of $200 thinking I was patronizing a legitimate business. Don't let a nice looking website fool you. Total Scam!!! Companies like this makes it bad for legitimate companies because now I no longer want to order online.

My wife did purchase a pair of boots at 193$ CAD +Tax 221.90$ CAD. The advertised image did show an upscale boot, which upon arrival did cause a heavy surprise. It was the exact same boot, same material and quality which my wife had purchased with Shein at 53$ CAD + Tax. My wife's intention to return those boots with no further intend to "exchange" for another product from Crocodile Wear was answered with only a certificate option and NO refund. The website does clearly indicate to exchange or refund swiftly. So I suggest instead of paying 3x the price with no option to be refunded, go directly to the Shein catalogue.

I ordered a week ago, Confirmation from Paypal, but no response from Crocodile Wear. When I went to the site to check on tracking I received a message that because of warehouse issues and shipping there will be a delay until February!?!?! No way to contact them except their form. Still waiting to see when I will hear from them.

This 5 star is for the quality of the product. The shoes I bought are of top quality; they make really good looking, stylish shoes, and they match to the price. I don't know why they don't respond to their emails, a non working phone number, and I don't know why the huge delay on processing and delivery. But once you see the shoes; you'll fall in love with them.

Less than one star. I ordered a pair of boots on July 5. Payment went through and I received an order confirmation number, but three weeks later and no follow-up. No shipment details, no expected delay email, no updates on my order at all. I’ve emailed twice and left messages on their customer support chat, but no response. There are so many positive reviews specifically mentioning fast delivery, so hopefully it’s a glitch, but I would caution anyone else to avoid ordering from them, since there are a few recent reviews sharing the same experience I’m having.

I placed an order for a pair of boots on 7/2/2025. On 7/4/2025 I received an email stating that my shipment had departed the facility. On 7/7/2025 I received notification that my package was experiencing a delivery exception and I should contact the carrier using the provided link. The link connects you to a carrier in Shanghai. Unfortunately, I can't read Chinese. I went back to crocodilewear.com and entered the tracking number from their website. I was told there was an 'Expected' Delay due to temporary warehouse closures. They expect delays through February and will let me know when the order ships. Today is 7/9/2025. I emailed crocodilewear.com and asked them to cancel this order and return my money. We will see how this goes. I am highly disappointed to say the least. I suppose I should have known better.

I never received my order, receipt or confirmation... but they made sure to keep my money. There's a reason their phone number doesn't work. SCAM

Website looked good at first until it came to delivery. The estimated delivery date on the shoes I purchases a WHILE ago was May 15th - May 29th, it is currently May 27th with zero updates on delivery and zero responses when I try and email them. The "shop" feature that's supposed to track your order does not work. I need these shoes for an important event on friday and I'm starting to lose hope. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.

My purchase was hassle free and was shipped right away and I definitely recommend my friends and family
