I want to return a bag (keep another) but they won't send a returnlabel as promised on the website.

They are scammers scammers scammers Please don’t buy from Maronellie. It’s a plastic bag, and it smells extremely bad. There are YouTube videos about it. All the stories written about the man and his daughter are just fiction. They are completely untrue.

the company promotes shoes and bags pretending that they are made of real toscanian leather and the webside gives the impression that the products are made by an italian shoe manufacturer / family business . fact is: they are NOT of genuine leather but some thin leather imitate. They smell chemical and the sizes are not correct ( I ordered two pairs of shoes in size 39, one was too big and one too small). The shoes came from China and this is also how they look, smell and feel. So hands off from this company.

This store! Oh my God I have no words. I have a reason to believe this is an organised online fraud company going by different names and offering many different products. This is the second time I have fallen a victim in 2 years. The only reason I ordered, was because they claimed they were in Germany. Which is a big lie. Now they are about to scam me of 135 euros. I know, absolutely that whatever they send won't be worth 10 euros. I have written for cancellation, immediately after my order was placed and I recognised the pattern. I realise its the same people who had scammed me of about 35 euros for a fake fresh water Pandora ring. They refuse cancellation, even though I met the requirements, insisting that an order placed in the middle of a Sunday night was about to be shipped. I checked the status and tried to track the order but no it was still just confirmed. Still up till this moment, its still processing in the wear house even though they claimed it takes only 2 working days for orders to be delivered. Its been the whole week now. Unfortunately for me, I paid with Klarna credit card via Google pay. These 2 agencies have proven to be completely unhelpful. The stores ad popped up again on my Google feed 2 days ago, so I made a report to Google only for them to write me today saying they won't suspend the ad because they haven't broken any of Googles regulations. This is just unbelievable, because Google is giving these guys a platform to scam people.
I can only warn people to stay away from this store.

They send me a no real leather bag from China. And when I will send him back is it not possible.
