Interesting taste, very aromatic (and quality extras)

A unique, premium cacao experience, but not for everyone. Much more bitter and aromatic than regular dark chocolate (50–90%). If you expect a “store-bought” taste, this will surprise you.
Big plus: the side products (thermo mug, shaker, and pot) are genuinely high quality.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Our cocoa is indeed particularly intense and pure, which is exactly what makes it so unique. We're glad you like our accessories such as mugs and shakers—they are designed to round off the experience. Regards

I became aware of it though an Instagram add, landed on their webpage and thought give it a try. I bought one package that supposed to be shipped around August 30. I was not aware that you need also to buy a shaker. The shipment didn't take place before September 11. An email to customers service remained unanswered. For me? Too complicated just to have a cup of cacao, regardless of how good it may taste. I trashed it.

Hey Andreas, sorry for your late shipping experience. We deliberately held back a lot of parcels in that time frame to save them from getting damaged in the heat wave 🔥 that was occuring end of August / beginning of September. You should have received at least 2 emails concerning that decision. Regarding the shaker - you don't need it but it makes life much easier. I don't know what your expectation was but we don't sell a "stir-in-mix", you do need a proper tool to make a frothy cacao.

Super delish!

I replaced coffee with cacao, I love my daily morning ritual with the best ceremonial cacao I have ever tasted. Very happy!
