I ordered a tablet from this website where they proudly promote the fact that if you buy anything befor 10p.m. you ll recieve it the next day. Well my order was made 8th of January at 10:22 p.m., i knew it would not arrive a the next day but within a week nothing has arrived yet, neither did i get a update that the delivery will take longer then expected i had to contact customer service where they finally told me what was up with my package. this is the only reason you got a star on the review.

In addition, in the order confirmation you received on January 8, the planned delivery date of January 13 is clearly shown in green text.
The order was ultimately delivered on January 14, one day later than indicated. While we understand this can be disappointing, the delivery information was communicated clearly and correctly both on the website and in the order confirmation.

non existent customer service, bad products
Bad customer service and poor quality of products. This is a scam. The iPhone that i received had problems. So i returned it back. Even after 20 days they say they did not receive the return shipment, On the postnl track and trace i can see that the shipment is delivered. The customer care is almost non existent. The only way to communicate is via mail. the whatsapp number is non functional. never received any updates via whatsapp. They just keep on asking me to initiate a investigation with postnl, which is not possible. This is no short of a scam looting the money from customers.
