From the moment that I placed our corporate order for a large quantity of engraved portfolios for a high-profile Board of Directors, I was immediately put at ease after dealing with their customer service. Not only were they amazingly prompt, courteous and reassuring for such a large-scale project but the expedited shipping was the icing on the cake. They are truly amazing. The padfolios way exceeded our high level of expectations and I even ordered additional ones because the experience was so amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will be making them a staple vendor to use going forward for personal and professional gifts. Best buying experience I have ever had. Many thanks to those who made it this way!

This bag is amazing

I bought this bag to carry my computer to the office. I was exhausted from paying for pretty women's bags that lasted a year before breaking.

Now I carry this bag everywhere and I call it my tank. I put it through everything from +40C to -40C. Rain, snow, excess weight….

If I need to make it fancier, I remove the shoulder pad and shorten the strap. And make it pretty with the afon leather conditioning kit. (Which I highly recommend)

It holds up and is super comfortable to wear! It cute too :)

The delivery was fast. I ordered and it was shipped and I received it next day. I couldn't belive that. My husband loved thw backpack so much he wears everyday. I am eyeing on other products for myself too. Because of there fast delivery I will come back for last minute gift needs. Thank you Yukonbags.

UPDATE: review is below, but I want to amend by saying I am quite surprised and impressed by the service this company has offered. I sent an email to mention the high cost for return shipping, not thinking i would hear anything. To my surprise I received a follow up email today with understanding and acknowledgement, as well as a gift card for the cost of shipping. That is above and beyond anything I could expect from a company. They have won me over for sure. Just thought I would provide the full story, so they were a 3/5, now a 5/5!

I ordered the Francis backpack and it arrived promptly. The bag was not to the quality standards that I would expect for that price, so I asked for a return. The company responded quickly and accepted my return which I appreciated. However, I was required to pay the return shipping which ended up being over $50. This is a significant cost for returning a product I was not satisfied with. For this reason I would not recommend purchasing from Yukon bags unless you can do it in person.

Good service, good response time, but it’s hard to know the cost of an item for shipping before it’s required and that was. Shock.

Everything about my experience was wonderful. I needed it expedited because the color I wanted was out of stock, and it was a graduation gift for my son. They jumped right on my request and made it happen so I had it in plenty of time — with excellent customer service and communication. Product was excellent quality, and the leather was beautiful (I am VERY picky!). My son was thrilled because it was the perfect size to carry his laptop and a few other things to work, when he didn't need to carry a big backpack/briefcase. I cannot recommend Yukon Bags enough. Coming from a very heavy online shopper, that's high praise!

Their customer service is top notch! It's rare to find these days, but they will not disappoint! I had questions before, during, and after my purchase. Each time, their team delivered exactly what I needed to move forward. And nevermind their customer service being amazing, their products are terrific. I purchased a laptop sleeve with a strap. Bought my wifes first YUKON large backpack as a Christmas gift and she loved it. Perfect size for her needs and uses it all the time. The quality is of high standard leather material and the craftsmanship spot on. Our wedding Anniversary is coming up so I figured I couldn't go wrong with another YUKON bag so I bought her the crossbody bag and can't wait for her to get it. Again the craftsmanship & quality is spot on and i would highly recommend anyone lookinf for a fine soft leather purse/bag YUKON is the way to go!

Excellent quality
I received my 16” Logan sleeve today and I am extremely happy with the quality. I admit to being quite nit-picky on other leather purchases of this product type with a few other merchants in the past and I am still that way. So, for me to say I am extremely happy, pleased, and impressed with this leather sleeve, that says a lot.

The bag was even more beautiful than the picture. It is extremely well crafted and the finishings are amazing. It is well worth the price paid. I love my new bag.
The only thing that could have been better is the price in Canadian currency.

This company makes the best leather goods in the world! The backpacks are absolutely perfect! The more I wear them the better they look and feel. Fantastic leather quality workmanship. The Jarvis card wallets are perfect for keeping different cards for different purchases I have 4 different colors to keep my finances separate. The replacement parts is the best new product line. So elated they are selling these not that the originals wear out they will never wear out I use them to make additions to my existing Yukon bags. I can not express the exceptional quality of these bags. Phenomenal!!!!

I have purchased a few things from Yukon now. I have bought multiple wallets for myself and as gifts, toiletry bags for travel, and one of their large backpacks. I have been super satisfied with the quality of each of their products so far. Recently, I had a buckle on my backpack break for seemingly no reason and reached out to the team at Yukon. Thankfully, they responded quickly and sent me a brand-new buckle free of charge. I am very grateful and impressed with their quality and service!

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with your company. I’m always apprehensive about purchasing items with international shipping but all I can say is WOW. I ordered late Sunday pm and received today, Wednesday, by 11:30 am.
The leather quality and craftsmanship is beautiful. I ordered two Christmas gifts, one is the messenger bag for a construction project manager so it will get a lot of wear and tear but with proper care should last many years.
My last note is price, I spent a lot of time looking at many sites for top grain leather and had given up finding a price fitting my budget for gift ideas until stumbling on the Yukon Bags site. My husband does small scale leatherwork and we know the time that goes into crafting. The original price was very reasonable and after adding the 25% Black Friday discount I was able to purchase a monogrammed portfolio as well. Then free shipping to boot, and the packaging was great, the canvas bag was the topper, again WOW.

Second purchase from Yukon... bought a crossbody in tan colour so it would match everything all year long... bag came fairly quick and was packaged in its own cloth bag... quite nice... bag design is quite roomy... well thought out... really love the aging factor of crazy horse leather... totally worth the price... u get what u pay for... def good quality.. planning my next purchase from Yukon now :))

Purchased a packsack,la biche tote bag and recently Valerie mini tote bag. The leather quality is extreme and the workmanship is superior. Yukon bags regularly have excellent discounts which I take advantage.

I bought the Macaulay Leather Crossbody bag in chestnut colour.

Shipping was super quick and arrived early. Bag is light, great quality, and surprisingly spacious!

I'm now in charge of carrying not only my personal belongings (keys, wallet, phone, etc), but the wife has decided to add her billfold and phone to my bag as well when we go out. Super pleased with the purchase.
