[Graphical Issue] Gouketsuji Ichizoku 3 - Groove on Fight (Japan) - Character sprite issue

Characters are displaying garbage, as if the hitbox is showing instead of the sprites.

I'm using default settings with Japanese 1.01 bios + Emulate SH-2 cache.

EDIT: Almost fixed. I think there may still be some sprite palette issues.
