Main updates include:

• Changes to databases.md - multiple new databases and a new tutorial for building custom Phanta databases.
• Updates to Phanta environment yaml file (most notably the specification of the latest kraken2, 2.1.6), based on input from users

This release now includes:

1. Standardization of Snakemake resource specifications
2. Post pipeline script to identify suspected integrated prophages.
3. Coverage threshold parameter for Archaeal and Eukaryotic species

First release of Phanta that matches the one used in the preprint.
