Looks like this is just a node update, so presumably fine.
Although the runner needs to be v2.327.1 - I assume the GitHub ones are fine, but is there a way to know that the self-hosted ones are at least that version?

Our self-hosted runners are rebuilt several times a day, so should be fine. |

So I figure we can bump actions/checkout now rather than wait until the end of the month.
