Currently, SynTypeDefnSigRepr for type augmentations in signature files
is
SynTypeDefnSigRepr.Simple(SynTypeDefnSimpleRepr.None), which looks incorrect.This PR fixes SynTypeDefnSigRepr for type augmentations in signatures.
