make all conditional access obstacles visible via route hint

• currently only access_conditional is shown but not e.g. foot_conditional. Probably this information of two different path details should be "merged" at least for the route hint. E.g. for this route.
• show value "no@(Nov 1-Apr 30)" in the warning
• give possibility to exclude them via custom model (same for other route hints).
