Can you have a look into my branch here if this would fit your needs too? There I remove the restriction entirely for bike and foot, but allow to return the full conditional tag information as path detail, which better supports the planning. |

This PR implements the
seasonal_restrictedencoded value and a key+value pair containing the access condition as suggested in #2477.Based on the change it becomes possible to display a warning hint in the web front-end in case that a segment contains conditional access.
