We have noticed that selection of the month name is incorrect due to wrong localized format detection regexp. So modified this as well. |

In f61c511 I additionally fixed "in 1 year" from incorrect "za 1 godina" to "za 1 godinu". While it is not 100 perfect in all cases, it is still better than mistaken value set currently. |
Added support for more correct relative time of various month and year forms depending on the value in Croatian language
