Support `page-navigation` for blog listings

Discussed in #3775

Currently page-navigation can only navigate between pages in a sidebar, but not between pages in a blog or listing. It would be a great improvement if it was possible to use page-navigation in these cases too.

This is generally nice for blogs, as it might encourage readers to check other posts. But it also opens up the possibility to write a series of related posts under their own listing which users can navigate between, like in Hugo Apero.

this would really be a cool feature! does anybody know the status on this one?

We update the status when there is something to update on.
With the holidays and current work, this one is not on the top of the tasks list, so you have to be patient.
To note, for now, it is still scheduled for 1.4 which is the next release.
