You write "R Core". I am not sure what is meant with that. But I usually refer to "base R" when referring sort to the part of R developed by the R Core Team. |

My comments on the text are quite minor, but I think some reorganisation is necessary to put things in a more logical order. You might need to split some things out into separate issues in order to address all my comments.
