fix: suppress state_referenced_locally warnings in .svelte-kit/generated/root.svelte

As of Svelte 5.45.3, there are new warnings in the generated root.svelte file about it using the initial value of props without reacting to them. This is the root component, and we know that its props aren't going to be getting reassigned to new values, so we can just suppress these warnings.

Fixes sveltejs/svelte#17289 - or the part of it that we're considering a bug anyway.
