Blue Marius
It seems like all I want to knit right now is sweaters... But that isn't a bad thing though as we are heading in to sweater weather :) This is my 6th sweater/kofte this year (and I have one more kofte on the needles - more on that in a later post).
I have knitted a Marius sweater earlier this year, but wanted one in wool as the other one was made in cotton. I had not decided which colour to knit it in when I went to my local yarn shop. I knew I wanted to knit it in Tove and that I maybe would pick a shade of grey. But they didn't have enough of any of the grey so I had to go for a blue instead. And I am glad I did, because I really like how it turned out! I decided to not add a third colour for the neckband.
Ravelry project page
Pattern: Marius med rundfelling
Yarn: 364 g Tove blue #6364 and white #1012. The blue yarn is most true to colour here on the photo of the yoke.
Needles: 2,5 mm / US 1.5 and 3 mm / US 2.5
Size: I made the size small to get a medium/large due to gauge.
Modifications: I made short rows in the back before I started the ribbing for the neckband to get the neck a little higher.
I still want one in grey and white though, with maybe a dark pink as the third colour :)
