WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, our warehouse processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date.
You should receive your order within 2-5 business days, depending on your chosen delivery method. Packages are not shipped or delivered on weekends and local public holidays.
Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Daniel Wellington and our courier’s control. These factors may include but are not limited to; extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.
Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns delivery times may be longer than usual.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Once defective qualities or parts are detected, please contact The Watch Co. Customer Service team within 2 working days after the package is received.
Share your unboxing video and photos of the product showing the defective qualities found, and hang tag/ barcode of the product when contacting The Watch Co. CS team to claim your return.
Please make sure the unboxing video fits to the video criteria as mentioned in the Guide in Receiving Product. If not, your claim would be invalid.
Please do not try out or wear the product if you find or detect any defective qualities or parts because your claim would be invalid.
If any claim is not made within the latest 2 working days after the package is received, then the purchase is considered clear and done with no issue.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your returning package has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.
It must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact - and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days.
Please note that campaigns and holidays can delay the processing of your return slightly. Do not hesitate to contact us if you should have any questions regarding this.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email containing the order tracking number (tracking number), once the order is shipped, you can then check shipping status.
