I suspect the apartments listed on this website do not exist. I have enquired about more than 6 apartments, but there has been no reply! I have paid more than €60 for 40 days of searching. Please don’t trust this website!

They are the worst.
They are the worst.
I contacted 20 different apartment owners, only one answered back, she wanted me to transfer her 1500 euros only to VIEW the apartments. This is a scam.
The whole website is a scam.
They promised me a refund when I opened a PayPal dispute, but then failed to provide it. I have sent them three additional emails, and I have received no reply.
Update:
I did as they said in the comment, and they still didn't reply to me. Unbelievable.
Another update:
It's over a month since they commented on this review and have not yet replied to any of my emails. Simply scammers.

I bought the 20 days access for €48,-. I wrote to 51 flats in Vienna and got 0 replies. This is not possible from my previes experiences looking for a flat.
Its a scam only to take your money.
Also there are ads active from 2022, so this says it all.

In addition, private individuals can also post their listings for free on Flatbee, so new offers are constantly being added.
Because the listings come from external providers, there may occasionally be cases where an ad is not deactivated or updated in time. Flatbee has no further information beyond what the advertisers provide in their listings. Ads that are reported by multiple users are automatically removed from the system.
Please note that Flatbee has no influence over whether or when property owners reply. Response rates vary greatly especially between private and commercial advertisers.

Kind of okay. landlords actually reply and I did find a place. Just don’t really get why it has to be this pricey subscription. Would make more sense to just pay once to contact someone. Yeah, you can get 20 days for 48 euro but still feels expensive if you only message a few or search for a longer time.

Fake adverts, scam site
Flatbee hosts way too many fake adverts. Searching in popular city centers, I know what the average rent prices are. If I search on immmo.at for somewhere like Salzburg for example, I can see the five cheapest adverts are all at unrealistically low prices (up to 52% cheaper than usual prices) and they're all links to flatbee. Everything after that is a realistic price and links to more reputable websites. Flatbee is either creating fake adverts for profit or they are collaborating with scammers because it makes them money.

Flatbee is simply a scam
Flatbee is simply a scam. The real ads are just collected from other portals, the ones you can only find on Flatbee are fake. It must be the case, because I never got any reply, and the ads stay there for months. They are attractive ads, created to convince you to pay. There is really no need to pay anything. For the tenant, all apartments are "provisionfrei" now in Austria. I am a little ashamed that I fell for this. The customer service is also terrible. I got charged twice for my subscription, and I was not able to get in contact with anyone at Flatbee. Luckily, Paypal reimbursed me for the second charge. I still paid for the first, for no reason. It is a mistery how can this portal still function and this scam continue for so many years.

This means that we search many different portals, ad sites, and broker pages for properties, index/list the ads, and then redirect users to the respective portals. This way, you don’t have to search each portal individually and daily. We find almost all available properties and prepare them with additional information on Flatbee. In addition, users can post their own listings for free on Flatbee to provide the widest possible selection. Every day, new found and user-posted listings are added.
Once an apartment is rented out, the provider is usually obligated to delete the listing immediately on every platform. If this doesn't happen, users can report rented or suspicious listings using the appropriate buttons in each ad. Listings that are reported multiple times are automatically removed. From experience, response rates from private individuals are lower than those from professional agencies. Please also don’t forget to check your spam folder.
Flatbee has no additional information beyond what is provided in the listings by the advertisers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the timeliness, availability, or accuracy of individual listings. The search engine scans the internet daily for new listings and offers additional functions such as property comparisons and other useful tools. Each package is purchased for a specific duration.
