Be careful ordering from here ! They used UPS but UPS delivered my parcel to somewhere i dont know where and claimed it was delivered to me , im now left chasing my tail and its sounding like i'll have to go through my bank to get my money back.

Terrible experience. UPS admitted they delivered my order to the wrong address, yet Topperzstore has offered no help or solution. I’ve been left chasing a replacement with zero support, and now the gift I ordered won’t arrive on time. Why should customers pay the price for UPS’s mistake? Completely unacceptable and very poor customer service.

Been a customer for years now and have always received outstanding customer service. Be it from the owner through Social Media or the guys working at the warehouse. I ordered a hat about the middle of December ‘24. Have sent a couple of emails to inquire on my order. Till this day I am waiting on a response. Here I am the middle of February. I don’t want to say I was scammed. I know one thing. The payment went through right away. In all this I hope it’s just an oversight. But with not being able to talk to someone to explain the issue. I sort of feel at a loss.

I ordered 5 hats from Topperzstore which was delivered on time. However 2 of the hats had manufacturing issues. I sent back the hats the following day in good condition. Now I have been chasing for my refund as I was short paid. No one is responding to my emails and I have made official complaint to the trading standards. I have been scammed. Not buying from them anymore

Have been using topperzstore since 2017 and hands down best store for hats hands down. Superb selection of hats with many new daily drops. Have a great loyalty programme, great sales and by far the best customer service you will ever come across. If you want hats or even jerseys, there is only 1 place and it's topperzstore.

Entered a wrong e-mail adres so didn't recieve confirmation of my order or a track&trace code. After mailing topperzstore recieved a reply within the promissed 1 working day after contacting customer support. Upon reciept of the package thanked I Kyra for her help and she replied with a "hope you enjoy your purchase"
It is just a mail ....... inknow ...... but prompt answers, to me show a company is taking care of their customers and is commetted to keeping their promisses.

They will process your order only if u pay in advance. If u choose invoice method they will not take Care of it. Sad that i've been their customer for long and now I'll choose other store.
