My 5 favourite Christmas cards of 2018

Hello Everyone, 
I hope you are all ready for the big day tomorrow.  I haven't done half the jobs that I intended to do but if it isn't done now it's not going to be  done. I'm just about to sit down with Tom and Emma to watch Nativity on DVD. Love that film.
I haven't made many Christmas cards this year so I didn't have too many to choose my top 5 from...anyway here they are....

 This was a larger 8" square card and I was really pleased with the way this turned out.

This snowman comes out every year so has to be in my top 5 as it's one of my all time favourite stamps


I just can't resist these fairies


This could be one of my new all time favourite stamps. I had intended to make lots of cards with her but ran out of time...maybe next year?!


And finally I always enjoy colouring this little group of carol singing snowmen.

Bugaboo Snowmen

Hello Everyone, 
I can't believe that I haven't made a card since the 1st December, and I seem to have given up even trying to get cards made to send out for Christmas! Anyway here is a quick one that I made for Emma to give to one of her friends. 

 I've used a Bugaboo image for this one...

I've coloured them with promarkers and the background paper is from Craftwork Cards. I've used a Marianne Creatables fence die and a Crafts too snowflake. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley.

The Ribbon Girl Challenge

Good Morning Everyone, 
It's December - Yay! Have you opened your Advent calendar? Well, there's been no cards from me all week and now you get 2 in one morning!!
There's a brand new challenge starting over at The Ribbon Girl. The usual theme.....

I've used a gorgeous little angel from Lili of the Valley. I've coloured her with promarkers and added lots of glitter to her angel wings. The background papers from First Edition - All That Glistens. Then I added lots of gorgeous goodies from The Ribbon Girl...here's a list....

Puppy Kiss at PBSC

Good Morning Everyone, 
It's the first Saturday of the month and that means a brand new challenge over on the Penny Black Saturday Challenge Blog. The theme this month is ....
ANYTHING GOES
(Option : Christmas or Winter)

I have used the very cute 'Puppy Kiss' to decorate a Christmas gift bag.


I've coloured him with promarkers and added them to the bag with 3D foam pads. I've added some peel off snowflakes and a few liquid pearls.

Mr Snowman - Lili of the Valley DT

Hello Everyone, 
I have a card to share today using one of my all time favourite stamps. This is from 'Mr Snowman' from Lili of the Valley. He comes out every year without fail. You can get him as part of the Traditional Christmas rubber stamp set.

I've coloured him with promarkers and the background paper is  'Frozen Snowflakes' from Lili of the Valley. I've used a Spellbinders snowflake die and a Marianne Creatables tree die. The sentiment is from the Grungy Messages set.

Penny Black Christmas Friends

Good Morning Everyone, 
I haven't had much chance to make any cards or visit your blogs lately. I started my new job a couple of weeks ago and I've doubled my hours so my crafty time has gone out of the window!  :-(
This card has taken almost 2 weeks to make, just grabbing 10 minutes here and there! 
I've used one of the very cute stamps from Penny Black Christmas Friends Set.

I've coloured him with promarkers and the background papers are from First Edition. I've used a Creative Expressions poinsettia die and a sentiment stamp from Lili of the Valley.

Christmas with the help of Hunkydory!

It's another Christmas card today. I've used a gorgeous topper from one of Hunkydory's Little Books.

Santa - Lili of the Valley DT

Good Morning Everyone, 
Yes, you've guessed it, it's another Christmas card! This cute santa was from Lili of the Valley.

I've coloured him with promarkers and added lots of glitter. The background papers are from one of the brand new sets from Lili of the Valley - Vintage Christmas.  I've used Creative Expressions tree and poinsettia dies. The sentiment tags are from Lili of the Valley.

Lili of the Valley DT - Reindeer Collection

Good Morning Everyone, 
I've been having a stall at a few coffee mornings recently and have already sold some Christmas cards. I have 4 Christmas fairs booked in before the end of November so I'd better get a wriggle on and make some more!

Carol Singing - Lili of the Valley DT

Good Morning Everyone, 
I've been a bad blogger again...hopefully I'll get some time to catch up with everyone over the next few days.
I have a little card to share today using one of the gorgeous new stamps from Lili of the Valley. This is one of the stamps from the 'Carol Singing' Set.

I've coloured him with promarkers and the background papers are the new designs from Lili of the Valley - Winter Woods.

 I've added a snowflake banner and used a Creative Expressions poinsettia die. The gorgeous silver ric rac ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl.

Snowy and Hedgy at PBSC

Good Morning Everyone,

Festive Folk - The Ribbon Girl DT

It's the 1st October already which means that it's time for a brand new challenge over at The Ribbon Girl. The theme ....

I've used a gorgeous image from Lili of the Valley for today's card. This is one of the stamps from the Festive Folk set.

I've coloured him with promarkers and the background papers were from Lili of the Valley. I've used a Joanna Sheen snowflake die and a joy crafts fence die. All the gorgeous embellies are from The Ribbon Girl. here are the links to the goodies I have used...

Carol Singing - Lili of the Valley DT

Hello Everyone, 
Have you seen the gorgeous new rubber stamps and papers pads available from Lili of the Valley? There are 3 new stamps sets including cute carol singing animals, sentiments and cute scenic baubles. There are also 6 fabulous new paper pads, and I need them all!
For today's card I have used the brand new 'Carol Singing' set. I couldn't decide which cute animal to use so....they all ended up on there!

I've coloured them with promarkers, and used papers from the new Frozen Snowflakes set....I LOVE these papers! I'm going to need more than 1 pad of these!! The trees are a Memory Box die and I've used a Tim Holtz lamp die.
The sentiment is also from the brand new rubber stamp sets - Large Christmas Greetings. There are so many sentiments on this sheet, ideal for adding just the right words.

James Bear - Lili of the Valley DT

Good Morning Everyone, 
Mr Mojo had gone wandering off somewhere and I was struggling to put a card together. ....so out comes one of my favourite rubber stamps...James! I love colouring him. You can find him as part of the Bears and Bunnies stamp set.
