Instructions

Follow the instructions below to use the IC50 Prediction tool:

• Step 1: Enter your name and email address.
• Step 2: Upload a CSV file with Cosmic ID, Drug and Cell Line in this format.
• Note: Do not change the column headers in the demo.csv file
• Step 3: Click on "Submit" to process the data.
• Step 4: Download the result once processed.
• Update (3rd Feb, 2026): Minor bugs have been corrected.
