Flip album

Hello!! Everyone!

Today on the Blog, I am showing you my new project.... A Flipbook!!

This is the first time I am making one, so there are going to be some mistakes along. Please feel free to point out anything I have done wrong or can do better so that I can implement it in my further projects.

Here we go....

This flip book measures around 4" x 6".

Took a 12" x 12" black cardstock and cut it into 2 halves. Each part I scored at 4" intervals. I had 2 parts with 3 panels each.
I took a strip of black paper measuring 1"x6". Folded it into half and used it to glue the two parts together. The inside of the album is ready now.
I then took 2 pieces of cardstock, this time a little taller than 6" but 4" wide.Covered this piece with patterned paper and stuck it on the first and the last panel of the album. (Sandwich a piece of satin while doing this on either side)
I then cut n stuck the patterned papers on all the inner panels (Size little less than 4x6 so that a black border can be seen all around.)
Made a pocket on one of the panel to insert tags.
Then came the embellishments, stickers, laces, sentiments, flowers etc.
On the cover page of the flipbook, I made a small photo frame, embellished it with a stamped message.
A bird on a tree chipboard adorned the cover page.

TADAA... My flipbook is ready!!!

Christmas Paper bags

Hello Everyone!!

Last week before Christmas.... Few more things lined up for completion ... Last few Christmassy projects to be finished....!!

Today I am here with Cute little Paper bags for Christmas gifting.

Be it chocolates, keychains or anything else for that matter, wouldn't be exciting and joyful to receive gifts in these bags...?? :-D

The bag is made up of Brown colored. With the help of WRMK paper bag punch board, I could make custom sized bag as per my requirement.

The paper bags are covered with colorful, Christmas themed patterned papers. Few decoartions such as a cute Santa and an Owl adds up to make the layers.

Christmassy sentiments finishing up the decorations.

The bags have one single hole punched in the centre.

Fill in the treat and then tie the ribbon around. This ensures that the treat inside remains within the bag without any chance of dropping out. :-)

There it is!! So very simple and elegant too... :)

Hello Friends,

Christmas fever catching up everyone everywhere.....Just one more week left for the season to begin!!!

I am in my last minute card making and order completing sessions.

The Printed / patterned papers are from #itsybitsy store.

The linen papers are really wonderful to work with. Good to touch and feel. And obviously lovely look. It adds to the elegance and liveliness of the cards.

Adding to the beauty of the cards are some Washi tapes, ribbons, twines and some stickers.

Hello all,

Today's project is a gift tag!

To start with, I have stuck a patterned paper on a White cardstock, leaving a white border to be seen from all sides. Next in line was sticking of the feathers, then the burlap border strip.

The burlap strip was further decorated with a flower and a button embellishments, basically to add more colours to the project.

The last but definitely not the least came in the message elevated little bit to create different dimension. And then came in the string of pearls to brighten it all up.

A colourful Ribbon to tie it around.
