25mm Wagons & Loads

Been a very busy boy recently as well as decorating my daughters 2 bedrooms I managed to get a splash of paint on these wagons and loads.

They come from a variety of  companies including 4Ground, Warbases and Col Bill's

The horses are from Essex minis, but I can't remember where the Bulls came from???

The wagons loaded.

And more loads for another day or another wagon!
These will be primarily used for Donnybrook but could of course fit into any 16th to 19th century period, including my Haitian Revolution!

AHPC X - Wagons Ho!

All things Wagon for this post. These were entered into the Challenge back in March, here.

This I think is a 4Ground model it supposed to be a water wagon,
but mines a beer wagon instead! I already have one loaded so thought I better get one unloaded.

Its a easy model to put together and no 25mm army should be without one.

Stick the tap in this end.

The next wagon is from Col Bill's Depot Battalion, you can see them here.

It a heavy ammo wagon so I painted up 4 horses, 2 with riders moulded on.

All can also be found at Col Bills.

Here for the draught horses.

and here for the Riders and horses.

Lastly 3 Wagon drivers, these are Foundry models, purchased gawd knows when!

So onto the points
Although its a 25mm vehicle Its probably a cheek to get 20 pts for the Beer Wagon
so I'll just go with whatever my Minion says, 10 pts perhaps?
For the bigger wagon 20 points
30 points for the horses and riders?
15 points for the drivers?
Making a total of 55 points?

Donnybrook - 25mm Warbases Engineers Cart

Back in April at Salute, I picked up several wagons from Warbases, these were all going to
be used in the Rejects, Donnybrook, game we were putting on at Broadside in June.
You can see the report on the Tangiers game here
In the scenario I needed lots of wagons, but only had the time to paint up
five, (with a lot of help from Postie!!)

At just £6 the Warbases Engineers Cart was a must.

Also included in the price was the Engineer's equipment, which just slots into the back
of the wagon.

And here's the wagon without the equipment, there's no reason why you can't use this for
any period from the Renaissance up?

I'll be adding the other wagons to my blog in the coming weeks.
