Warm Wishes Christmas Card

This card was made using Avery Elle Warm Wishes stamps and dies, Lawn Fawn Merry Messages, Everyday Sentiment Banner dies and stitched Journalling Card die, Stampin’ Up  Merry Medley stamp, Hero Arts embossing powder and ink and finally Bazzill cardstock.

I began by stamping the background stamp in white pigment ink and set it aside to dry while I stamped the images and simply coloured them with Copic markers.  I also stamped and heat embossed the sentiment and then die cut all the elements.  I assembled the scene using foam tape in places for dimension and  added a gold glitter strip behind the sentiment banner and then assembled the finished card.

A One Layer CAS Christmas Card

The above card was made using Neat & Tangled Winter Wishes stamps, Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Antique Linen, Picked Raspberry and Wilted Violet, masking paper and Bazzill cardstock.

I began by creating the mask.  I die cut a circle and then masked off the bottom of the circle to allow me to ink a semi circle background using distress inks.  I then stamped the images and sentiment with Versafine onyx black ink.  I finally added snowflakes with white pigment ink.

Diamond Aperture Card

This card was made with My Favorite Things Hello There dies, Birthday Bears stamps and Blueprints 13, American Crafts glitter paper, Hero Arts white embossing powder, Cricut Explore Air and MFT cardstock.

Using the Cricut Design Space app on my iPad I created the diamond aperture and matching frame.  The white layer was then die cut using the largest die from Blueprints 13.  The frame was adhered before adding it to a top folding card base with foam tape.  I heat embossed the sentiment next then die cut the 'hi' word 3 times in white and once in silver glitter paper.  I added these elements to the card to finish.

I am adding this card to Less Is More - Week 294 - Diamonds

I am also adding it to CASology - Week 216 - Frame

CAS(E) this Sketch - Guest Designer

I was delighted to be asked to be the guest designer for this weeks challenge.  I loved the sketch and had fun creating 4 cards.  I used the same stamp, die set and layout for all the cards but created different backgrounds for each one.  The stamp set is Lil' inker All About Ampersand and the dies are My Favourite Things Ampersand.

For the card above I also used Simon Says Stamp Wide Stripes Background Stamp, MFT Blueprints 13, Hero Arts Platinum embossing powder and MFT cardstock and ink in Grout Gray.

For this card I also used Avery Elle Wonky Stitched dies, Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin and Mustard Seed, Hero Arts Platinum embossing powder and Bazzill cardstock.
This card also used Lawn Fawn Stitched Snowflakes, American Crafts glitter paper and Bazzill cardstock.
Other supplies used for this card are My Favorite Things Polka Dot Cover-up die, Hero Arts Gold embossing powder and Bazzill cardstock.

Birthday Card

I made this birthday card for my brother.  I used My Favourite
Thing Blueprints 15 to cut the layers. I used texture paste and
a MFT stencil to add texture to the first layer.  I then heat embossed
a Paper Smooches sentiment onto vellum.  After adhering
everything together I added a few Studio Calico stars.

I used leftover piece of paper and a decorative piece from the
blueprints and stamped another Paper Smooches sentiment.  The
base layer was also another  Blueprints 15 die cut.

Get Well Soon

This card was created using Lawn Fawn stamps and
dies, the Hello Sunshine set.

I die cut a circle from a piece of white card then used
die cut clouds and a small circle to create the scene, I stamped
some raindrops to finish.  I added black grosgrain
ribbon and an embellishment.
