This is the first item I bought after seeing it on Instagram that lived up to its hype and more! It's a perfect design, quality materials, packs a lot without being a total 'sack' of groceries. It looks smart and fun (esp if you add trinkets and chains!), never falls off your shoulder and offers totable straps as well so you can carry it in your hands for a different look. Absolutely fabulous. Now I need every colour!

The products on the site are all drop-shipped and very poor quality. What they say on their website does not really match what you’re getting. It was an instant return for me.
When you return it, they also make you pay for the return shipping cost.

Love this bag, can fit quite a bit in including my laptop. The chocolate colour goes with any fit of the day. The option of adjusting the strap to wear crossbody or shoulder is a great feature. I have been searching for a bag with soft leather and this works well for me. Thank you Pomme.

I have faced the problem of delivery, and they just leave the burden and responsibilities to the customers 🫥☹️. It is the worst experience ever since all my online purchase experience😭.Really disappointed and won't purchase anything from them forever 😞 😔.

I got this bag in red and it’s just beautiful! I love the size and shape and seems to be great quality. I’m excited to use it on my travels but it is also suitable for day to day use. Very happy customer.

Return process and policy is unacceptable and their policy is not transparent on their website. I found their fabrics and goods to be poor quality and wanted to return what I had ordered. The choice I had was to either (a) take 35% return of funds and keep bags or (b) return bags at my cost of over 41 Euro.

I had never even heard of this company before, so I was hesitant to buy online. I'm so happy I did. The size is perfect for me, and I love the over-the-shoulder strap. It's just big enough for my phone, my trifold checkbook, and still leaves me room for my glasses, chapstick, gum, a pen, etc., in the four outside pockets. I have two friends who have asked and are planning on ordering just because they love the perfect size. I went with black, but they have plenty of other colors too. I'm thinking of ordering another one in a different color. This purse is definitely going to be my go-to traveling bag because of its size and hands-free carrying. Don't hesitate; the company is amazing. They even sent me shipping updates on its arrival, and the purse came in its own cloth cover—fancy! Oh, I forgot to even mention the purse is made with great quality and materials, with big zipper pulls. I can't find anything negative about this purse.

I bought 5 of the Lyone bags! Which is such a great value! The bags are sturdy, they hold even the bulkiest of wallets and are easy to clean! I highly recommend getting this bag for yourself or as gifts!

Such a great deal for good quality bags! I love how much it fits, and it all came in its own dust bag. I like how it you can adjust the length of the straps, too.
