Lovely photo book and best of all next day delivery!

Unique to offer the very small square photos for a display frame. Excellent service, turned around back to me within 49 hours(!!), good quality prints at a very reasonable price. Will certainly use again.

i have used Inkifi several times both for myself and for gifts. The first frames we had printed were slightly dark but the recent ones have been fantastic and even reproduced old photos that had been scanned with surprising clarity!
They always come on time and the software is esy to use.

Appalling experience. Order placed in November 2025 & we spent >£120 on two wedding photo albums. Order still not fulfilled (in mid March 2026) despite assurances that we’d have these gifts in time for Christmas. Initially customer service was responsive but now we’ve had many emails sent to them without reply. I’ve called half a dozen times in the last month and each time I’m told that Paul (CEO) or Tom (head of customer service) will call me back on the same day - still yet to receive a call back. We’ve had to refer this to trading standards as at this point it feels like a scam

High quality print with precisely cut bevelled-edge mount. Delighted with the finished framed product. Delivery extremely quick too. Would definitely buy here again.

I've now used this company twice to make up a photo book for my Mum and a friend for special events. The website was easy to navigate and uploading photo's was a breeze (especially for someone that's not tech savvy!).
Upon my first time using the site, I was unsure of what to expect but the quality of the book and images were amazing! There are different types of gifts (prints, frames, photo books etc) to choose from, plus there are so many options to choose from to personalise whatever you decide to order. You wont be disappointed and I will defo use this company again.
The only issue I had, was my first order took a while to be delivered but my second order was delivered within a week!

The photos came out so cute! I pinned them with tiny clothespins to a ribbon to display for my mom's birthday, and everyone wanted to know where I got them.
Shipping was much quicker than other places and the quality is great!!
I printed a bunch for work as well since they are small I can put more photos up.

Made a photobook for my mother’s 70th, it was super simple to do on my phone on the app and arrived the next day! Quality was fantastic and was really happy with the product, would definitely use again.

i've ordered from Inkifi on three occasions now and on the last order i needed assistance from customer service who wnt beyond the norm in getting me a new set of prints.

I'm always happy with my orders and will be ordering from inkifi again.

I love the photos I get from Inkifi. The size options make it so easy for me to add them to the scrapbooks I make for my family. I’m especially fond of the matte finish and the sturdy card stock they use — it gives every photo such a polished, professional look.

I purchased a large photo collage for a birthday. This company is quite pricey so I expected a great product that was shipped as described on their website. I even paid additional for first class mail. Inkifi shipped via UPS ground, not priority as I paid for. Unfortunately, the item was delayed. I was unable to cancel my order and furthermore was forced to pay $70 to return the item back to the company in order to receive a refund on the photo collage. I reached out multiple times without success for having this issue resolved. Customer service is difficult as their only option to communicate is Email. I would not use this company again. I ended up creating my own collage at Walgreens and getting a frame off of Amazon.

Had a wonderful experience making a photo book for my parents with my wedding photos. The online design process was easy, and the book turned out beautifully. I ordered the linen-backed book and was really pleased with the quality. The fact that the book lays flat is a plus, as no photos get obscured by a seam down the middle. Would highly recommend for a keepsake gift. Fast shipping too!

I received my photo album in August 2025 and was initially very pleased with the quality. However, I contacted Inkifi shortly afterwards because there was a large scratch down the centre of the first page. As this is a £200 wedding album meant to be cherished by my husband and me for years to come, I requested that it be repaired or replaced.

Communication was good initially, but despite this the album has still not been repaired or replaced (March 2026!). I have now emailed around 10 times and have received no response whatsoever.

The complete lack of communication has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have previously purchased several memory frames from Inkifi, but based on this experience I would not use their services again.

I would still like this issue to be resolved and hope that someone from Inkifi will respond and put this right.

EDIT: I did as advised by Jane within hours of receiving the below response and STILL not heard back. Not sure what else to do at this stage...... it feels like this is the only form of guaranteed communication which is madness really.

The photos were delivered very quickly and was very impressed with the quality considering some of the digital prints I sent had a really low resolution. Great service and I would definitely recommend.

LOVED these portrait mini prints. Perfect for my Polaroid photo album. The quality was great. They also shipped quickly!!
