Friendship Card

Hello everyone and Happy Friday to you all! Today's card was designed for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the beautiful satin, blue flowers, and embellishments they carry in the shop.
My card measures 6" x 6" and I used K & Company design paper. I did three layers of the design paper, and then added a doily, and shaped die cut, plus the circle with the sentiment. Love this design paper and love all the flowers, and ribbon, they all just seem to go together perfectly.  I also added some of RRR flower embellishments.  I love adding these to the corners of the layers. I hope you like my card for today, as I loved designing it to share.

Happy Happy Birthday Card

Hello everyone and Happy Monday to you all. Todays card was designed for my youngest Granddaughter for her 2nd Birthday & Really Reasonable Ribbon using the Gorgeous Ribbons they carry. She Loved it, and so did her mommy.
For my card today I chose to do some cute layers using design papers I just bought, and this sweet SVG file from Marjorie Ann, cut it out on my New Cricut Air Machine and loved making her. The bear pieces were all airbrushed using the copic airbrushing system and my air compressor. Next I cut out the number two using a die , and added it to the little bear. Super fun, however I need practice on these eyes, they kind of were a mess as the pen went through the glue. Next the Happy Happy Birthday stamp is from SU! and I used a punch for the scalloped circles. The bows were made using Really Reasonable Ribbons Gorgeous Satins, and I will list them below for easy finding.

Friends

Hello everyone, Cheryl here with a sweet card I created for Really Reasonable Ribbon using their BEAUTIFUL Satin Ribbon & Gorgeous Embellishments. I LOVE the way this card turned out , as everything worked so well together.
On my card here, I chose to use this beautiful Winter Birds tag designed by Ginny. I absolutely love the darling bird, it's beautiful and perfect for layering!!! You can find it here in her Etsy Shop. I cut it out and distressed it. Then I added some flowers that I created using Cheery Lynn dies & My glass flower technique that can be found here. I did cut some branches using a branch punch, and added in Really Reasonable Ribbons Antique bronze leaf charms.  I love how these look on here.

For my big bow, I chose to use Really Reasonable Ribbons Satin, and I love all the different types of satin you can choose from at RRR. I used a gold and a wine, they match perfect for my card today.

For embellishments, I chose to use the flat backed pearls, love using them on my bows and layers of my cards. I also will use them in the center of flowers, but on these flowers I chose some vintage beads.. for my tag and friends tag.  I used the foam tabs to give a 3-D look.

I hope you enjoyed my post for today! Thank you for stopping by, and have a super awesome day!
Hugs,
Cheryl

Vintage Shabby Chic Easter Card

Hello Friends!!
Heather here and I hope you are having a fabby day!!
Today I am out with our Boy Scout Troop Camping (the whole weekend actually).
So I am sure I am having a fabby day...lol.

Today I would like to share with you a card that I put together using some of my Easter Digital images and fabulous goodies from Really Reasonable Ribbon!!

I used my Bow it all Tool to create my Pink Salmon Seam Binding Bow at the top of my Card.  Tombow Foam Tabs were used to elevate my Large Easter Egg Images and Blue Tag image....which you can find in my Etsy here.  Pink Buttons were tied with Cotton Candy Baker's Twine. I used some lovely little spring colored Mulberry Roses in,Baby Blue Mulberry Roses  Lilac Roses and a Large Pink Wild Rose.  I love the blue leaves :0) (apparently they are out in the store at the moment so just search leaves...and you can see other colors). I just love LEAVES :0)  I also used some bits of Crochet Lace Light Orchid satin and Pink twine.

Here is a look at the card without the fabulous RRR goodies, well I did put the Edna lace on...but you get the idea.

Here is is again, with the hidden tag exposed.  You can see how just adding some fabby ribbons and trims can really make your card!  You can find my Easter tags here.

Close up of the bottom goodies.

 The tag alone.

Thank you so much for visiting us at Really Reasonable Ribbon!!
Hugs
Heather

Double Bow Baby Card

For our Black Friday Sale code, please click HERE.

Happy Thanksgiving Friday!

Today I am sharing a cute, lovely double bow ribbon with you all. I made this card for a friend who just had a baby girl and wanted to create something special. Thought this bow was perfect for the card, don't you think?
Make sure to check out the video tutorial below so you can follow along- This is something I learned a while back when I first got into cardmaking. For the best results, make sure to use same sided ribbons so that the final result shows a unified look.
I love to work with Bonnie's selection of Satin Ribbons and Grosgrain Ribbons (Same sided ones) for this technique. Make sure to grab some today, Bonnie is doing a fun Black Friday Sale! (check Bonnie's sale announcement for DISCOUNT CODE)
Thanks for stopping by! Make sure to check back with us tomorrow for a new inspiration.

Just for You!

Happy Wednesday everyone!  I hope everyone is having a great week!  I have a cute little gift bag to show you guys today.

I cut this cute gift bag on my Cameo from some My Mind's Eye paper.  The box is designed with slots to feed the ribbon through.  I added this beautiful satin horizontal stripe ribbon in teal. I love this ribbon....it's some of my favorites!   I need to keep this one on hand in every color.   I trimmed a piece of a doily to fit in the corner and added some buttons from my stash.  The little jute bow is from this set

Ruched Ribbon

I love the look of ruched ribbon, and it is so easy to do with Scor-Tape! On my card today, I used two of my favorite RRR ribbons: Black Satin Gathered Ruffles and Aqua Topaz Floral Satin.
First, I attached the Aqua Topaz Floral Satin to the Black Satin Gathered Ruffles with 1/2" wide Scor-Tape. Then I lay down a strip of Scor-Tape on my panel and gathered the ribbon into pleats with my fingers, pressing down on the Scor-Tape as I went across the panel. A great look and easy to do!

You can read more about this card on my blog here. Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Mother's Day

Hi everyone!  I hope you guys are all having a great week.  We finally got some rain down here in South Texas and it really cooled things down.  I hope it lasts for a little while....those 90 degree days were starting too soon!

I have a pretty Mother's Day corsage/award to show you today.

I created mine pretty award by layering a paper doily and a paper rossette.  I used my Cameo to cut this one but you can make one easily by cutting two strips of paper 1-1/2" x 5-1/2.  Score the strips every 1/4" on your score board and then fan fold.  Glue the ends of the strips together, fold flat and then hot glue a punched circle to the front and back.
I embellished mine with an epoxy shape, some pearls and strips of pink satin and white mid ruffle satin ribbons.

This would be beautiful on a gift bag or hot glue a safety pin on the bag and Mom can wear it to church on Sunday.

You can read more details on my blog.

Thanks for stopping by!

Another Fun Fold Card

Hello everyone, Cheryl here with another Fun Fold Card for Really Reasonable Ribbon. Today's Fold is a Z Card Fold. On my card I used several different ribbons, trims and laces from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
Z fold Card 6 x 17" long
I love making different card folds.  They are super fun and super cute.  I love this one since it has different scenes on it. For the front of my card I used Really Reasonable Ribbon's Pink Satin in 2 different sizes. I also used the Moss Leaves Trim, and Noelle Lace.  For the big bow I used the Pink Double Ruffled edge ribbon. I also used Tilda, her bench, and Wild Orchid flowers. All direct links are listed here below :)
Ribbons Used:

Next you see Tilda and a CottageCutz magnolia Doily.  I figured I could add a stamp sentiment here or some writing.

In my next picture you can see the entire card open. I think it's neat to have the writing hidden, you see the tab in the back, well that pulls out for double sided writing, there is enough room to write on the front and the back of this pull tab panel.
close up of the front. I used the CottageCutz Picket Fence border die, and ran RRR Satin Pink through it.

Here on this page, I added Tilda's Tree, and Tilda Sitting. her bird, and some cloud die cut pieces. I stamped on them with SU! sentiments. All Tilda Stamps are from Michelle's Scrapbooking and More!

On my back page, I continued on with the Cottagecutz Picket Fence border, and then used the New CottageCutz window. Perfect for writing. I also added another Tilda and another Bird and cloud here.

Now you can see where the writing is hidden here. LOVE this!!! Also LOVE working with Really Reasonable Ribbon!!! Thank you Bonnie for everything and I'm super EXCITED to be designing for another term!!! I couldnt imagine life without RRR :) Its my FAVORITE!!!!

I want to say Thank you all for stopping by and for all your wonderful comments and support!!! Hope you all have a lovely day!!
Hugs,
Cheryl

♥♥♥Thank You Envelope Pocket/Bookmark Card♥♥♥

Hello everyone, and Happy Wednesday to all! Today I'm sharing a project card I made for a dear neighbor of mine. Her & her husband came by to check on me a lot while I was stuck in bed with my ankle. This is just part of the gift set I'm giving her using Really Reasonable Ribbon!

For my envelope card and bookmark I used the BEAUTIFUL Really Reasonable Ribbon Pink Satin, and Natural Lace. Both are my fav's. I'm sooo addicted to Really Reasonable Ribbon, that I think I'm outgrowing my Ribbon Station, hehehehehe. Might have to take some new pictures and update my blog :)

So in my picture here below you can see what it looks like all together, and bookmark and slider tab in place. There is room for my writing and it will be tucked away so she can keep this out without all being able to see my writing (I have horrible writing) hehehehehe

Next Picture is showing the back of my Bookmark and the front of my card with the slider pulled out just a tad.
Really Reasonable Ribbons & Products Used:
♥♥♥My super DARLING image is from Michelle's Scrapbooking and More, and is called Tilda with Blue Blanket.

♥♥♥Easter Treat Bags & Matching Cards♥♥♥

Hello everyone, Cheryl here to share my Easter Treat Bags and matching cards for my 2 nieces. I made these for Really Reasonable Ribbon using the BEAUTIFUL ribbons, laces, and seam binding that Bonnie Carries.

On this treat bag I used a pink lunch bag and decorated it with Sard Stock, Design Paper , Gingham Pink ribbon, Lace, Flowers, and CottageCutz Pennants. The Darling Bunny image is from Victorine Originals Stamps and is colored with Copics.
Ribbons Used:
I used the Noelle white lace across the top fold down piece, kinda like a border for the bag. I think it was a perfect fit for this bag. The gingham pink I used to hold the pennants across the bag and then added bows and some flowers. Lastly I tied the top flap to the bag using the gingham and then adding a bow and tying it closed

Other Supplies:
Design Paper, and H, and Letters are all from paper pack
Spellbinders Ovals
Wild Orchid flowers
Copics to color

Here are both Treat Bags below. The purple one is for my older niece and the Pink and Yellow is for my younger niece who will be 2.

On this purple treat bag I used a white lunch bag and ran it through the Big Shots machine with a spellbinder circle for the handle. I then used some Dp and sewing,CottageCutz Eggs, Love Tag, and Beautiful Really Reasonable Ribbon. I then added some flowers and a sweet Kraftin Kimmie's image.

Really Reasonable Ribbon used:
