GLC_Player is a OpenGL Open Source 3D viewer used to view 3d models (COLLADA, 3DXML, OBJ 3DS STL OFF COFF Format) and to navigate easily in these models.

3DimViewer is a lightweight 3D viewer of medical DICOM datasets that is distributed as open source software. The viewer is multiplatform software written in C++ that runs on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux systems. 3DimViewer source codes are available on Bitbucket (https://bitbucket.org/3dimlab/3dimviewer). GEOMS2 is a geostatistics and geosciences modeling software. Provides interface for grid (mesh), point, surface and data (non-spatial) objects. It has a 3D viewer and 2D plots using the well known Python engines Mayavi and Matplotlib. It has several functions to manipulate your data as well as provide univariate and multivariate analysis. LDView is a 3D viewer for LDraw LEGO models with a focus on quality rendering with good performance. It also contains many features geared specifically toward LDraw part authoring.
