A terminal interface for Tetris
A terminal interface for Tetris. Installation on MacOS and Linux is outlined below. Windows support is questionable, but you can try to install from source. The default game is run by simply executing the tetris command. If the unicode characters look a bit wonky in your terminal, you can also run. People seem to have varying levels of success with the linux binary. Please note that it is compiled dynamically and hence should not be expected to work on most distros. This code is built on top of brick which makes building terminal user interfaces very accessible. -

This game is a nice remake of the traditional brick breaker game, which rules are the following. Bounce the little ball with the bar to destroy all the bricks. Try to survive all the levels to get a nice score or go as fast as you can to make the best chronos and be in the high-scores. Good luck ! This game is a clone of "Breakout", a game in which the player controls a paddle that is used to bounce a ball that breaks blocks. Items are occasionally dropped from the blocks. The game tracks the player's name, lives, level, and score as well. If the player scores high enough, they are placed on the high score board, which is displayed at the end of every game. A graphical game which challenges the completion of 3 levels.
It's an object oriented graphical game where in users try to breakout the bricks with the help of a paddle and a face. As it when you break a brick, the velocity of the face increases due to excitement. So during the journey of your play it becomes more and more tough to control the face, which makes the game more interesting. The game is still in the developing phase with more effects and visuals. -
