BRAIN is particularly designed around Full Matrix Capture (FMC) for NDT applications. BRAIN is written in Matlab and requires a Matlab installation (the standalone version of BRAIN is no longer supported).

    Enhanced 3D ITU channel Model

    A complete 3D stochastic channel model for urban and rural environment

    This enhanced version of the existing 2D ITU channel model provides elevation related statistics in addition to the azimuth plane. The modified LSPs statistics are based on 3D ray tracer tool ( Smart Internet lab-Bristol University) and covers range of frequency (600 MHz, 2400 MHz and 5900 MHz) bands and environments (urban and rural). A user interface file is provided for easy setup of channel related parameters.

    The Bristol Cloud Service simulation runner is a cloud computing Software as a Service designed to enable users to quickly launch simulation code on Amazon AWS' Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2). BRiCS is written in Python using the Django framework and interacts with EC2 using the boto API. BriCS enables multiple simulation runs to be launched in parallel from a web browser.
