News: since 2015 we continue all related developments within Collective Knowledge Framework: http://github.com/ctuning/ck/wiki Alchemist plugin is a collection of plugins for GCC/LLVM for external and fine-grain code analysis and tuning. It is intended to to extract program properties for machine learning based optimization (see MILEPOST GCC); optimize programs at fine-grain level (such as unrolling, tiling, prefetching, etc); tune default optimization heuristic; gradually decompose program and detect performance or other anomalies; generate benchmarks particularly useful to train ML-based compilers. GCC plugin is licenced under GPLv3 licensed, while future LLVM plugins will be licensed under BSD license. Alchemist plugin is in a preliminary stage (based on MILEPOST ML plugin), so collaborations are very welcome!

These MATALB and Verilog models can allow software programmer as well as hardware designers to evaluate their code and design. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first open-source library of approximate adders that facilitates reproducible comparisons and further research and development in this direction across various layers of design abstraction. Real-time production information is needed to optimize manufacturing activities in a factory, but acquiring this information from isolated proprietary equipment is a manual process that takes time and introduces errors. cpuplot Command Line Profiler of CPU Usage and Load Average. Synopsis: BASH script that shows the history of CPU usage, and what procces uses the most CPU at a given time. Bar graphs represent the percentage of Total CPU Usage, and the percentage of Total 1 Minute Load Average. Default wait interval between system readings is 5secs. But a different one can be set in the command line with the "-i" argument. Default output is formatted for the standard console width of 80 columns, and will show only the bar chart for the CPU usage.
