SeaBreeze is a device driver library that provides an interface to select Ocean Optics spectrometers. It is written in C/C++ and builds and runs on Windows (XP/7/8), MacOSX, and Linux (x86/x64/ARM).

GXSM -- Gnome X Scanning Microscopy: A multi-channel image and vector-probe data acquisition and visualization system designed for SPM techniques (STM,AFM..), but also SPA-LEED/LEED/LEEM data analysis. A plug-in interface allows any user add-on data-processing and special hardware and instrument support. Latest: NC-AFM and related explorative methods as SQDM can be configured. The FAZIA project groups together more than 10 institutions in Nuclear Physics, which are working in the domain of heavy-ion induced reactions around and below the Fermi energy (10-100AMeV). The aim of the project is to build a 4Pi array for charged particles, with high granularity and good energy resolution, with A and Z identification capability over the widest possible range. It will use the up-to-date techniques concerning detection, signal processing and data flow, with full digital electronics. Neutron detection is also foreseen via the collaboration with the NEUTROMANIA group. FAZIA is designed to operate at stable and radioactive beams facilities like LNL-Legnaro, LNS-Catania in Italy, GANIL-SPIRAL and SPIRAL2 in France, GSI-FAIR in Germany in the horizon 2010-2015. The availability of the european radioactive beam facility EURISOL expected in the period 2015-2020 will also be a major opportunity for the FAZIA community.

The GDAC (Generic Device Access and Control) framework is an extensible multithreaded cross platform (Linux (x86,VME)/Windows) C++ device control environment. It typically will be used as the basis for custom OPC servers or front-end control software.

GQGMC is a user level driver for interfacing a Linux host to GQ Electronic's GMC-300 geiger-muller counter. Written in C++, the driver provides an interface method for each of the capabilities of the GMC-300. A sample command line text only program and sample Qt based GUI program are provided.

PPIV is a parallel software application used in Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) analysis. The software will compute the vector field for one image pair or multiple image pairs. PPIV can run on a single desktop machine or in a cluster environment.
