Megga Christmas challenge - Use your Dies/and or punches - Passion for Promarkers DT

Good morning, I'm here today with my card for the Passion for Promarkers Mega Christmas challenge.  This has been running for 2 weeks now and continues for another two. And oh my have you seen the number of prizes our wonderful sponsors have given us for this challenge.  When I saw the list I said I was resigning from the team, just to be eligible to enter the challenge :)
So here is my card, and I chose not to make a Christmas one. This is Himalayan Blue Poppy from Aurora Wings.

She is cut with a Spell Binders grand oval with two other layers behind her.  The DP are from Nitwits.  The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafrs. The corners are Memory Box. The larger butterflies are Cheery Lynn and the small ones from Martha Stewart. The dazzler and ribbon are from my stash.

A closer view, and I used Nuavo drops for the poppy middles. She is coloured with Triamarkers, flexmarkers and promarkers.

A view of the inside. I haven't added a sentiment as I think the card is suitable for many celebrations.

A side view to highlight the flowers.

Here is a list of all the wonderful prizes

Angels,Fairies, or Winter - Fussy and Fancy Friday DT

Back again with my Fussy and Fancy head on. (please excuse any plagiarism from my last post).

Today's challenge at Fussy and Fancy is being hosted by the wonderful  Jules  who has chosen this weeks theme of Angels, Fairies or Winter, so a great choice to work with.

Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge

My card features an image from 'A Day for Daisies' 'Holly Dance'.
I think I went a little mad with all the embellishments, but it is for my sister.. She keeps all the cards I make for her, and displays them each year.  I can look back through them and see how my style has changed and improved.

She is cut using a C&C couture die with gold mirror board behind it. I have added a lot of leaf dies and then added flowers and berries. The DP is from LOTV, and so is the sentiment.
The berries and charms are from Live and Love crafts, and the flowers are from WOC.

A cropped image trying unsuccessfully to show the glitter and shine. I added Crafters companion clear glitter pen on her wings and Glossy accents to the berries.

A view of the inside.

We are being sponsored by 'Lawn Fawn'

Jules is also offering a generous prize of her own!
5 seam binding ribbons!
She is letting her winner choose their
own colours!

You have until 11th January to add your projects, and I hope you will check out the inspiration by the ~Fussy and fancy girls.

Thanks for taking the time to look

Different folds or Shaped Cards - Multiple Dies and Stamps used - Fussy and Fancy DT.

Good evening everyone, I'm back with another card that should have gone on line this morning.  This time it's a different sort of card for me, a trifold. Our lovely Annie is the host and she has chosen a theme of  'Different folds or a shaped card.' I cut a diangular strip off some black A4 card going from 5 1/2 " to 8" and divided it into 3 equal panels with score lines. I did the same to a piece of white but with  made it 1/2 an inch smaller. I then did some masking and layering. I then sprayed it using an Ebrush. Once the back was dry I then stamped on the extra trees.

This time I cut rather than creating scoring lines

This is a view of the middle layer on the front

The last front panel

The middle panel on the back, there are another 2 panels  for ad
ding messages. I have used a
Clarity stamp for the main image.
Our sponsor for this challenge is Wild Orchid Crafts who are offering the winner £15 to spend in store

So now it's up to you.

the other ladies on the team  have  created some fabulous projects for your inspiration this week and you can find them here

Thanks for taking the time to view their blogs

Poinsettias or Snow is falling Winter Wonderland DT

Here I am late again. !!!!!!
I have been demented trying to sort out the images for today's posts. When I started I couldn't access the photo's on my camera. the part of the cable that plugs into it was damaged, I rembered  I caught it under the castor of my computer chair. I spent about 4 hours trying to sort out another cable. I finally went to bed at 4 pm. Started looking again this morning, but again no Joy. I had a GP appointment and called into the local computer shop on my way back. he didn't have one instock, but asked me if I had card reader slots on my printer.  Now that was one I hadn't tried, but I managed to down load them straight from the card.
So I had sorted out that problem, but then I couldn't get on line and finally  sorted out the problem. I have to admit that the camera was nearly thrown against the wall swiftly followed by my key board.

Back to the challenge. This week Louise has chosen the theme of 'Snow is falling or/and Poinsettias.  So lots of scope for the next 2 weeks.

I have used a really cute image from Tiddly Inks, 'Skater Wryn'. She is fussy cut and mounted onto a WRS  Christmas frame. The sentiment is LOTV. The poinsettias are from Spell Binders, Mariaanne dies, and Noor designs. The ribbons and gems are from my stash.

A close up to show the image which was coloured with Letraset pens

A view of the inside.

We are being sponsored this week by Crafty Sentiments Designs who are giving the lucky winner their choice of 3 images from the shop.

The Snowflake ladies have made some fabulous cards for this challenge which can be found here.

I hope you will join us in this challenge, please don't forget that it is
Christmas projects only.

Thanks for taking the time to look

Christmas is Coming - LOTV - Passion for Promarkers DT

Good morning and welcome to another challenge at Passion for Promarkers, where the hostess is Julie, and our theme is 'Christmas is coming'.
I have used one of the new images from LOTV, Regency Christmas.

She is straight cut and then I rounded the corners. She is mounted onto a SB Christmas die with a faux nestie behind it. The DP is from Nitwits and the sentiment from LOTV. Flowers and berries from WOC. Ribbon, dazzler and gems from my stash.

A side view to show the flowers, (think I went a little mad with the number I used.)
I coloured with Tria markers, Flex markers and Promarkers. I used Glamour Dust on the snowflakes and the fluffy trim on her coat, and lots of red pearls on the holly.

A view on the inside, but the frame I used is from WRS.

We would love you all to join in with this challenge where our sponsor is '2 Cute to Ink', and they are giving the winner their choice of 2 digi's.

2 cute ink logo

Remember you can enter using any type of creation, it doesn’t have to be a card.  As always to be eligible for our prize draw you must use your Letraset products (promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, aqua markers or metallic markers) and of course follow the theme.  Please can you help us by stating which Letraset products you have used on your creation I.e. ‘coloured with promarkers’ etc.

My other teamies have again made some fabulous projects for your inspiration this week and you can find it here.

Winter - Crafty Sentiments -- Crafty Sentiments Guest Designer

Good morning,  and welcome to this week's Crafty Sentiments challenge.  I have made another  card blip where when it comes to  adding the right card for the right challenge.  This should have been added on Tuesday, and I thought it wasn't due until 14th.
Our theme this week chosen by Patricia is Winter (this can be anything to do with the season - Snowy scenes, Snowmen, penguins,  Santa etc.)

I have chosen to use Snowmen family and the picture looks to me like a mother and son.

I bought the window die
about 2 years a ago and I think it's from M.Box. the merry Christmas is definitely M.Box.
The image surrounding the frame is from another old favourite of mine (Crafters Companion Cute Christmas, using images from Jane Nestorenko) and the dark green Christmas mirror board is at least 2 years old . The window catch is 2 brads and a piece of sheering elastic.

A view of the inside of the front page featuring two really cute snowmen from Crafty Sentiments that can be found here. I added some Cheery Lynn snowflakes and then Glamour Dust, nevo black glitter, Flower Soft and then ice crystals.  The sky was created using my E-brush.

Now to get you really confused, This is the outside of the middle, again reflecting the front layout.

and this is the back of the middle layer, which uses freebies from magazines.

So there we are, something a little different from me.

Now to the gorgeous images you can win, if you enter

3 images if the winner used a Crafty Sentiments Designs image.

1 image only for a winner who has not used a Crafty Sentiments Designs Image.

1 image for our crafty sentiments favorite

We have some fabulous designs for your inspiration this week, which can be found here.

Thanks for taking the time to look

Frosty/All wrapped up - Marianne designs - Bugaboo stamps - Winter Wonderland DT

Good morning, and welcome to my first challenge for the day. At Winter Wonderland Marie is the hostess and she has chosen the themes of 'Frosty' (which can be cold colours ie blue silver and white, lots of sparkly snow, or even snowmen or polar bears) or the alternative theme of 'Well wrapped up'.

I have chosen 'Miss Frosty' from Wee stamps as my image. She is straight cut and layered up with co-ordinations card. The backing paper is from Nitwits. The holly is from Sue Wilson, and I love the fact that she does an image and a reversed image of all the leaves she has designed, I think I have all of them :)

The sentiment is from Britannia dies (I think). The ribbons, brad and pearls are from my stash. I also added Nuvo drops to the holly sprays, Glossy accents to the berries, and Button. Glamour dust to the bird house and fur trim and ice crystals to the snow.

A close up of the image. I just used Flex markers for the sky, and distress ink around the panels.

A view of the inside.

The left side trying to catch some of the glitter and shine.

We have two fabulous sponsors this week.

Marianne Designs are offering a surprise gift for the winner

And Bugaboo Stamps have 7 stamps of the winners choice ready and waiting to be collected.

The other ladies on the Snowflakes team have made some incredible cards for your inspiration this week and you can find them here.

Thanks for taking the time to look, and just a reminder that you must use a Christmas/Winter theme for your project. The challenge runs for 2 weeks, and you can enter up to 3 times.
