    This is a terrible hosting company. Do NOT under any circumstances use them as your webhost.

    I had moved all my sites off them but it was still set as auto-renew. They didn't send a reminder email, and instead just took my money.

    I emailed them that morning and said I wanted a refund.

    They argued that they couldn't. I explained that it was very easy - block my access, and return my money via Paypal. They are so stupid they couldn't even understand that.

    I have used many hosting companies, but this is THE worst I've ever come across.

    And don't get me started on their very hard to use dashboard.

    Stay away.

    Just look at all of the 1-star reviews they have.

    Terrible experience. They messed up my dns upon transfering my domains to them and my website went down for more than 6 hours. The support service is a total nightmare.

    Crazy domains - Dont Care - Cant Escalate - Dont C

    Crazy domains dont care for clients.

    Crazy domains have a reseller - who abandoned their business and left domain holders with no access to their domains.

    We notified Crazy Domains about this around 6 - 8 months ago. We managed to retrieve that clients Auth code after hours of effort.

    Now another person has contacted us. Their website and emails are down as their domain is no longer current.

    Crazy Domains (CD) were contacted two or more weeks ago. They backed the resellers 'rights' and tried to contact him. Fair call - although after we outed this guy 6 months ago you would think they would clean up their act with him.

    We requested the auth code sent to the registered owners email address. No!

    We were told we need to provide photo id (passport) and a signed letter. Done.

    We were told we needed to open a CD account. Done.

    We were told to open it under the owners email address - done.

    We verified the CD account via the owners email address. done.

    Two weeks on they are requesting us to send more emails, despite the emails being verified etc.

    We have raised an ICANN complaint.

    We still have no access to the clients auth code.

    CD could have sent it to the authorised email address. Now two weeks later, emails still don't work, web site is still down. Client is going nuts and now CD aren't responding to requests for escalation.

    Complete bureaucratic twerps with no care for their responsibilities or clients businesses.

    CD dont comply with ICANN or protect clients.

    Completely worthless. Support is basically non-existent. They're okay if everything goes well, but if not, good luck getting anything fixed

    This one same as those Indians BigRock, thief's, they stole my money and never registered .me domain i wanted. If you need proof, I have it all in my gmail account.

    Ужасный хостинг. Тарифы крайне странные, но это ладно, пережить можно. Тормозной жуть, админка просто адище, полопина ресурсов блокируется, работать можно только через азиацкий vpn. Но вот что действительно пережить нельзя, так это блокировщик. Типо для безопасности, определяют потенциально опасных посетителей и активность. Как можно принять открытие главной страницы сайта за потенциально опасное действие? собсем бараны? ТП пишет "пройдите капчу и все будет хорошо", ага только хрен это помогает. Не советую, ищите более лояльные площадки, а не упоротых до степени шизофрении типо по безопасности. К сожалению из России с ним работать не вариант!

    I never heard their name before.

    While I looked a domain name for just an hobby purpose, I found them on tld-list.

    I interested this firm because of their cheap price.

    But I understood clearly in an hour that why their price is cheap and I never heard them before.

    Don't waste your time with them.

    SCAM! I bought Happy.sg domain through their agent service. For few days it was mine. However then they transferred it to someone (or maybe to themselves) and sent me an email that the registration was unsuccessful. Np ethics absolutely!

    Scam of free products that auto renew

    When purchasing products such as domains, crazy domains often add 'free' add ons for 3 month trials. For example, my recent purchase included free website builder service, I did not use this but was charged 3 months later as auto renewal was set. There is no email warning of the payment coming up and yet I receive warning for my domains payments coming up (that have auto renewal on). When asking for a refund the moment I was charged I was given only half as a credit, as the rest is claimed as administration fees for the service already being activated (even though never used). Moving my accounts to my other domain providers as the 'free extras' are becoming such a pain.

    For this cost you can only register 1 domain per customer (

    + immediately blocked with the requirement to provide documents

    The amount of fraud instead requires customer inquiry questions.

    I paid for an order twice, and both of them showed an unpaid status. It has been nearly a month, and there is no solution. I saw that there have been new cases recently, and they are the same as me, and the payment shows an unpaid status. Leave crazydomains as soon as possible! ! ! ! !

    Unneccesary Costs and Terrible Customer Service

    My first issue with CrazyDomains is their $20 Premium DNS Service. Every registrar has premium DNS, but I have never seen one require it to add TXT or SRV records to your DNS. So verifying your domain with 3rd party services can be impossible without upgrading. This is also not clear until you try to add a TXT record. Surprise!

    For this reason alone, I would avoid them. But then, as I tried to transfer my domains away from CrazyDomains, one of which was a premium domain I paid almost $200 for, they kept giving me bad auth codes, then told me I had to contact another company that also gave me bad auth codes. For three months now, I have been trying to transfer three .id names with no success. Every chat rep and phone rep tells me I will get an email from their domain team, and I never get one. Avoid this company like the plague. Their support team is not knowledgeable at all. They seem to want to get rid of you and pass you on to the next person when you have to contact them again in a week since no one gets back to you, and on top of that, their management is using deceptive pricing tactics. I gave them three months' worth of chances to make things right before I decided to tell the world how terrible this business is.

    Never again - the business practices seem dubious!

    This company suddenly asks existing customers to show their passport or driver's license photo after payment, otherwise the order will be canceled again. here one can only warn urgently, especially for customers from the european area - very dubious! I've many domains from different domain sellers, but nothing like this has ever happened to me. I'ill never order anything again!

    Poor management and ill trained staff

    Crazy Domains messed up my email hosting almost a month ago and are still trying to fix it. If they have the correct resources I'm sure it would have been done in a day. There is zero escalation process and the management would rather focus on marketing to get new clients rather than retaining the ones they have. It's a poorly run company with ill trained staff.

    My advice is to go elsewhere.

    Convoluted but I will tell you everything~

    I do not know if this Registrar improved since the past reviews on TLD-LIST, but the support is very fast: response time is a few hours, including during week-ends.

    However: be very careful because they have different pricing per customer domicile! I believe the prices displayed here on TLD-LIST are the US based ones. The domains' prices can vary greatly. This was confirmed to me by the customer service which sent me a screenshot (see attached below my review). On that screenshot you will see the different prices for the .CO.UK domains, with the cheapest price being for the UK based customers... This is a terrible commercial decision from CrazyDomains, and it generate bugs on their website: you could have a domain in your cart @ £4.95 (UK pricing) but the cart total will show £14 (US pricing)...

    So be careful with the prices!

    Talking about the .UK domains: they are not transferred automatically. To either transfer IN or transfer AWAY a .UK domain you will have to contact the customer service every single time (& I cannot understand why they want to keep themselves busy with this!).

    I only give them 4 stars because I have registered a .TK domain (which had a minimum term of 2 years btw~) and I got my domain "pending" for 24 hours. It was worrying because during this period the domain was not reserved and could have been purchased by someone else... I bought another domain previously and did not face this "pending" problem, so maybe it was just a fraud screening?

    Not sure why many posted negative reviews, i have been using CrazyDomains since 2019 and no issues faced till now, only negative point i see is that they do not provide free whois privacy.
