Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom through our website.

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Delivery Time:
  • Shipping typically takes up to 2-3 days
• Shipping Rates: A flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a product, returns are accepted for unopened products in their original, unused condition. You can cancel your order within 14 calendar days. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days. After 30 days but within 6 months, we’ll offer a repair or replacement. If that’s not possible, you may be eligible for a refund. After 6 months, you may still be entitled to a repair or partial refund if you can show the fault was present at the time of purchase. Please email us in this case as soon as possible  at help@truefuels.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
