Archiminima - New Small Scale Castle
Archiminima released a 1/1000th and 1/2000th model of Bodiam Castle:
The Bodiam castle "represents the popular ideal of a medieval castle", according to a historian Charles Coulson. Our replica shows Bodiam (originally Bodyham) as it was built in 1385 by sir Edward Dalyngrigge. Sir Edward was a younger son in a noble family and made a fortune as a mercenary in France during the Hundred Years’ War. He built Bodiam in his manor near the south-east coast of Britain to defend the area against French invasions.Link: Archiminima
