WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). The actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
1. Submit a return request so we can arrange a pickup for you.
2. Repack your item(s) securely.
3. Wait for the courier to collect the package and return it to us.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will issue a refund for the returned item once it has been received and inspected. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase, and this usually takes up to 14 days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is successfully placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. You can:
- Click the “View Order” link in the confirmation email, or
- Log in to our website and check “My Account > Order Status.”
To track the delivery progress, simply enter the tracking number provided on the Black Cat (Yamato) website to view the latest shipping status.
