Jibo Liu, Steven Brens, and Sandeep Billa found a smarter way. Their system and method for configuring, commissioning, and troubleshooting an HVAC Unit uses a mobile app to guide technicians step by step, making efficient system setup accessible even for smaller businesses with a limited budget. For this innovation, Jibo, Steven, and Sandeep were awarded #InventorsOfTheYear 2025 in the Outstanding Invention category. 🏆

A győri csapatunk 2004-ben alakult az egyik üzem (Audi) műszaki támogatására. Az akkor még szerviztámogatási pontként működő egység munkatársai közvetlenül az új gyártósorok mellett dolgoztak. A létszám növekedésével konténerbe költöztek, de továbbra is a gyár területén maradtak, és innen látták el a megnövekedett számú, helyszíni feladataikat, mely már a szervizszolgáltatásokat és termékértékesítésben való részvételt is jelentette. Nagyobb változás mintegy nyolc évvel később következett be, amikor elfoglalták a ma is telephelyként szolgáló, Kardán úti irodájukat. A helyszínváltás a csapat fejlődését is jelezte: a támogatói szerep megtartása mellett további értékteremtő feladatokat vállaltak magukra. A tevékenységi kör kiegészült gépfelújítási tevékenységgel, valamint kisebb és közepes méretű ipari projektekkel. Ezzel az autóipari fókusz mellett más területen tevékenykedő, Nyugat-Magyarország ipari cégeinek partnereivé váltak. Megbízásaik között szerepelnek például régi frekvenciaváltók és PLC-k cseréje a hozzájuk tartozó szoftverkörnyezet frissítésével, vizsgálóállomások felújítása, ellátórendszerek energiahatékonysági javításai, valamint komplett mechanikus felújítások. Munkájuknak köszönhetően mára ők váltak az ún. retrofit projektek egyik központjává. Az ipari projektek mellett részt vesznek felsőoktatási együttműködésekben is; nekik köszönhető a Szent István Egyetemmel kialakított jó kapcsolat. A következő szint az országhatárok átlépése lehet. A győri csapat rendkívül összetartó, és nagy örömömre szolgál, hogy folyamatosan a megújuláson dolgoznak, legyenek akár az alapítók -mint Csaba Palla és Kiss Katalin- vagy az „újonnan” csatlakozók.
