I made contact again in April 2026 when my vehicle arrived.
Everything told me in Feb was reinforced by Megan proving that I was not misled at any time.
That is amazing in today's world of marketing BS.
I have no doubt that ALA will honour the commitment if ever I had to make a claim.

Having bought a new car I wanted to arrange GAP insurance to protect myself from loss of value as far as possible should any unfortunate occurrence befall my new car. As I already had agreed value cover from ALA on my previous car I rang ALA to arrange for the new car cover and was able to transfer the remaining cover from the old car plus a very reasonable uplift to cover the new car. The ALA representative ((Mel) went through my options and was really “on the ball” regarding their products so arranged transfer very quickly. Excellent service and prices, thank you.

I have a car that I love and look after. ALA was recommended by my local garage, they said that they have used them many times in the past,with no problems. Found them and registered on the Internet easy to do and a fair price for the cover and peace of mind.

Top quality not really suitable for me but they quickly refunded me I thought the staff were incredibly kind highly recommend them

Everything was very clearly described with documents readily available. I had a couple of questions as I was changing my car but keeping the same registration number. Email replies were prompt, friendly and helpful and I resolved the issues quickly.
It was all very easy.
