Terrible in every way

Terrible in every way. Mobile and customer service was terrible.

Took payments incorrectly, failed to refund me within a reasonable time. Said they required an Iban number for refund, just wierd.

Haven't responded within 8 weeks of my complaint and now going to ombudsman, avoid at all cost.

GREAT DEALS AND SUPER SERVICE

I came across Spusu by accident when looking for smart deals in 2024 and was surprised at the offers.

Having secured SIM only deals for spare phones for the office, I have no moved my mobile phones for the family (3 phones) to them.

Very easy to deal with and prices that are hard to match.

Highly trustworthy, friendly, slight coverage troubles

Spusu is highly trustworthy, always offers reasonable tarifs that competitors are hardly ever able to offer.
Customer service is prompt, friendly and always an extraordinary experience compared to usual "please stay on the line"-hotlines.
Nonetheless, Spusu needs to work on its signal coverage in mountainous and rural regions.
During skiing holidays in Tirol (Gerlos e.g.) it was impossible to have any coverage at all. Neither WA nor phonecalls were possible.
Same problem when hiking in the woodlands around Vienna.
Try to connect with A1, please!

Loved it

Loved it, the App is Great, very clear to see,
I falsely thought they use a1 Netz but they use the drei Netz. Once I realised i canceled my contract and my Rufnummermitnahme via WhatsApp and it was done. Very easy and clean process. Would reccommend them and would stay if they used the a1 Netz. But where im moving the 3 coverage isnt Great

Always happy with spusu

Unlike other telecomunication companies spusu always has nice and quick customer service, which makes it nice and easy to deal with this company and motivating to buy from them. Signing up is just as easy as cancelling contracts. Prices are cheap and depending where i lived i usually had good signal and decent speed. In the far north (Waldviertel) i had a sim card for internet and the speed was just wonderful,better than it had been in Vienna. The only reason I left spusu was moving abroad.

First Class Support
