Steamer in "sand"
I ordered the steamer in "sand". Firstly (and least important) the colour is a pale pink, not sand. The steamer arrived in a decent timeframe, well packed.
The steamer is around 580-600 grams. The cable is not really 2m long, but rather 1,91 m, which I find a bit annoying. The button is easy to push, the steamer doesn't feel heavy on the hand. The steam output is decent. I haven't used another steamer with 30 g/min, so I really can't say. The tank is quite small, depending on how wrinkled a garment is and what the fabric is, it could last for up to 1 to 1.5 garments. It's also not transparent, so you count on the noise it makes to figure out that it is out of water. The overall design is nice.
I gave minus two stars because of the cable, the water tank and the fact that it didn't come with some kind of protective pouch. I had previously ordered a philips, which was cheaper and came with a pouch.
Overall it does a pretty good job considering it's a small, hand-held steamer, but I think there is room for improvement.

not happy about the delivery
the delivery is way too long and i had no possibility to take a faster one
and now i received an email saying that i will need to go to a pick a point
really not good

Oh nooo, I’m really sorry to hear this! I’ll check this for you right away — I understand how annoying this must be, and it’s definitely not how we usually work. We never add the option to deliver a package to a pick-up point; this only happens if the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery. I’ll look into this for you immediately and get back to you by e-mail.
Normally, our fast delivery and service are things we’re very proud of, so I’m really sorry we’ve let you down this time. I’ll make sure to fix this for you.
Missing steam hose
I have just picked up the package with the black professional vertical steamer.
Unfortunately the steam hose is missing.
No answear the phoned no answer an email.

The steamer doesn't start at all !
There are it's smells like burn and there was a smoke coming out of it !!!!
I would like to return it and have a refund !

Good thing for students
I bought a hand steamer with their travel bag, and absolutely satisfied: it removes wrinkles well. Easy and pleasant to use. I can advise it to everybody who does not have very much space in accommodation. A very good thing for students, for example. One dose of water from the measuring cup is enough for a couple of things.
The delivery was one day later. But the shop is very good.
